The results showed that LRK could significantly inhibit the mammary hyperplasia caused by estrin, reduce the content of serum 〓, raise P level, promote the production of DA in hypothalamus and mammary tissue, decrease the release of 5-HT, inhibit the secretion of serum PRL, reduce the sensitivity of mammary tissue to estrin and progestogen, prevent the expression of mammary tissue on PCNA, the effect was equal to triphenylamine oxide, obviously superior to the control group of Ru Zeng Ning.

通过实验研究，建立了具有肾虚肝郁证侯群的乳腺增生病理模型，利用免疫组化技术、图像分析系统、荧光分光光度法、放射免疫法等现代医学研究方法，从病理形态学、医用体视学、神经内分泌学、阴道细胞学等方面，观察了利乳康口服液对模型动物整体状态、乳腺组织病理形态、血清激素、神经递质以及卵巢功能的影响，结果表明利乳康口服液能明显抑制雌激素引起的乳腺组织增生，降低血清E〓含量，升高P水平，促进下丘脑及乳腺组织中DA的产生，减少5-HT释放，抑制血清PRL分泌，降低乳腺组织对雌、孕激素的敏感性，阻止乳腺组织PCNA的表达，其效应与三苯氧胺相当，明显优于乳增宁对照组；另外，利乳康口服液还能缓解模型动物肾虚肝郁证侯群，增加其体重，调节其整体状况，改善模型动物不规则动情周期，减轻其子宫及卵巢的病变，抑制子宫内膜的过度增长，调节卵巢功能，揭示了中药利乳康口服液对神经内分泌和卵巢功能的整体调控作用，以及对本病发生、发展的预防作用

In the first group, photosensitizer was injected intravenously quickly before irradiation as in the previous treatment. In the second group, photosensitizer was injected intravenously slowly throughout the first 15min of irradiation. In the third group, hot fomentation was made on the treated area for 30min, then photosensitizer was injected quickly as in the first group.

3建立PWS组织光学模型，采用Monte carlo方法模拟了临床常用532nm激光在PWS组织中的分布特点，分析皮肤各层组织对其吸收的特点、组织结构(表皮黑色含量、病变血管深度等)以及治疗中氧含量变化对光能流率在PWS组织中分布的影响。

Methods Specimens of neurofibroma tissue, keloid and normal skin were collected. The distribution and expression of CTGF was measured by immunohistochemistry. The mRNA expression of CTGF, TGF-β1,ColⅠ and ColⅢ was detected by reverse transcription- polymerase chain reaction. Expression of CTGF protein was measured by western blotting.

The aim of the experimental research through animals is to investigate the therapeutic effect and the pathological changes on rabbits' VX_2 liver tumor treated with ~(125)I seeds interstitial brachytherapy and percutaneous ethanol injection under CT guidance. We aim to identify the therapeutic effect and the criterion of ~(125)I seeds radiant activity selection, optimize the therapeutic regimen, investigate the tissue damage, its' prothetic time and the relationship between time and dosage effect, and approach to provide fundamental theories for ~(125)I seeds clinical using and arrive at the best dosage range of ~(125)I seeds interstitial brachytherapy. And it can become a new and effective kind of therapies to be applied for the clinical treatment to mid-advanced stage and recurring liver tumor.

放射性粒子组织间植入是肿瘤治疗的一种新方法，本研究通过动物实验探讨CT导引下瘤体内~(125)I粒子植入治疗，以及~(125)I粒子组织间植入联合经皮乙醇注射综合治疗兔VX_2肝转移癌的疗效及其病理基础，确证~(125)I粒子组织间植入治疗肝癌的有效性，确定治疗高度恶性肿瘤的粒子选用标准和最佳治疗方案，同时探索~(125)I粒子在家兔肝脏组织间植入内照射后放射损伤和修复的变化及其时间与剂量效应的关系，提出临床应用~(125)I粒子组织间植入治疗的最佳剂量范围，为该疗法在实际应用中合理化治疗方案的取得提供理论依据，并为临床中晚期及复发肝癌的治疗提供一种新颖、有效的手段。
