Method］Isolated bMSCs were cultured in vitro. rh Fibroblast Growth Factor 1(rhFGF-1)、rh Transforming Growth Factor-β1(rhTGF-β1)、rh Insulinlike Growth Factor-Ⅰ were utilizated.
