对2003年1月～2007年3月该院已确诊为结核性胸膜炎合并胸腔积液的149例患者进行回顾性分析，按照检查方法分为胸腔镜组19例（包括手术取组织活检2例）和经皮针吸胸膜活检组130例，评价两种方法对结核性胸膜炎的诊断价值并进行比较。

Methods］ 36 twomonthold rabbits with white feather and black eyes,half male and half female,were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal group,model group,xiangsha liujun pill group, lizhu changle group, lowdose leweiyintreated group,highdose leweiyintreated group.except the normal group, others were made into ibs model of spleen deficiency which was induced by damp heat stress and gavage with fanxieye as well as method of either hunger or gorge.the drug groups were administered preventively from the mediumterm of the model reproduction to the end of modeling.the rabbits of each group were observed.no,nos,mda,sod in serum and sp in colonic membrane were detected.

方法］两月龄白毛黑眼兔36只，雌雄各半，随机分为6组：正常组、模型组、香砂6君丸组、丽珠肠乐组、乐胃饮低剂量组、乐胃饮高剂量组。除正常组外，其余whbe兔采用湿热环境应激联合番泻叶灌胃加饥饱失常复合方法致脾虚泄泻型ibs模型。从模型复制的中期开始各用药组预防给药，至造模结束。观察各组1般情况，测定血清no、nos、mda、sod含量及结肠黏膜组织中sp含量。

监测活体内移植入细胞的分布、增殖、迁移的方法虽然有多种，但传统方法都需要在离体状态下进行组织学切片分析和鉴定，无法准确地观察植入细胞的生长分化情况，从而难以对干细胞移植术的疗效作出客观评价。

Methods N-vinyl pyrrolidone, the hydrophilic monomer, was grafted onto the surface of silicone breast implants by 60Co radiation.The implants were buried in the bilateral subcutaneous layers of the back of rabbits.The unchanged implants were used as the control group.

目的：应用改良固定反式双阻板矫治器（twin-block appliance，tba）联合方丝弓技术矫治成人angleⅲ前牙反牙合，为成人前牙反牙合提供新的治疗方法。方法：矫治成人患者15例，进行临床表现及相关硬组织测量。结果：固定反式tba戴用4个月后下颌明显后退。所有患者在未拔牙的情况下前牙反牙合均得到有效治疗，磨牙及尖牙均达到i类关系。但上颌仅为牙及牙槽的代偿性变化。
