Methods The expression of TTF-1 in the tissues of 39 cases of laryngeal carcinoma,39 cases of laryngeal peri-carcinoma samples,13 cases of chorditis nodulosa and 17 cases of polyp of cord was detected by EnVison immunohistochemistry.

方法采用EnV ison方法检测喉癌及其癌旁组织各39例、声带小结13例及声带息肉17例中TTF-1的表达情况。

38 patients with nasal polyp and 15 control cases were chosen. Their IL-5 concentration in tissue homogenate were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. All samples were stained with Chromotrope 2R histochemical and SP immunohistochemical method separately to examine eosinophil and IgE+ cells in nasal polyp.

方法采用免疫组化SP法检测38例鼻息肉，15例正常鼻腔粘膜组织中IgE阳性细胞表达情况；采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测以上病例中IL-5含量；采用Chromotrope 2R特染方法检测以上病例中Eos浸润情况。

水稻钵育栽植机的设计是实现水稻钵育栽培技术的关键环节，区别于传统的水稻栽植机其关键部件的设计方法还不成熟，在理论研究方面还不完善。为探索新的设计方法，论述了神经网络算法对农业机械设计的适用性，以自组织特征映射网络SOM 和误差反向传播网络BP为理论基础，将SOM-BP集成神经网络模型应用于水稻钵育栽植机关键部件设计领域，建立神经网络模型，通过集成网络训练，得到设计结果。验证了SOM-BP神经网络在农业机械机设计中的正确性和精确性。

Abstract］ objective to explore the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of small bowel diverticular surgical complication.methods 24 cases of small bowel diverticular were retrospectively analysed.results the diagnosis was made preoperatively in 4 duodenal diverticula and only 1 jejunal diverticula.clinical complications included obstruction in 11 cases,bleeding in 4 cases,perforation in 4 cases.23 cases were cured.1 case was died of mof.all the diverticular with complications had histopathological signs of inflammation and 3 had signs of ulcer and 4 had the resected.conclusion the small bowel diverticular is rare.it may diagnose except common reason underwent gastrointestinal bleeding or obstruction.the gi is an effective way of examinations.operation is effective for small bowel diverticular disease.

回顾性分析24例小肠憩室病外科并发症的临床资料。结果术前6例十二指肠憩室中4例确诊，18例空回肠憩室仅1例确诊。小肠憩室伴小肠梗阻11例，憩室出血4例，憩室穿孔4例。23例治愈，1例死于多脏器功能衰竭。有并发症的憩室病理都有炎症表现，5例有溃疡，4例有异位黏膜组织。结论小肠憩室病比较少见。在胃肠出血或梗阻的情况下，可采取对常见原因排除的方法进行诊断。在不需要急诊手术的情况下，钡餐造影是最有效的检查。手术是可靠有效的治疗方法。

The average yield of AFP purified from an embryon was 0.7mg and the recovery of AFP was 45.71%. The efficiency of coupling measured by ultraviolet absorption method was 95.38%.The purified AFP was homogenous in SDS-PAGE. This method is suitable for scale manufacture of AFP.

本文报道用3～5个月胎龄的胚胎组织作材料，采用盐析、凝胶层析与亲和层析相结合的方法分离纯化AFP，以建立一种适合大批量生产AFP的工艺方法。
