Aiming at these problems, we have designed the processing workflow to effectively suppress the surface Wave interference, regular interference, high energy interference, and other random noise interference. The treatment clue was from thick to thin. Firstly, the spectral analysis method was used to establish macroscopic velocity field. Then, the ray tomography method was used to enhance the accuracy of velocity analysis and to establish a more accurate velocity model. Finally, the finite difference pre-stack depth migration on method in -k domain was adopted to solve the imaging problem of subsalt and salt dome flank.

通过合理组织处理流程，有效压制了面波干扰、规则于扰、强能量干扰和随机噪声干扰；采用由粗到细的思路，先利用谱分析方法建立宏现速度场，再利用射线层析成像方法提高速度分析精度，建立了较为准确的速度模型；利用频率－空间域有限差分叠前深度偏移解决了盐下及盐丘侧翼的成像问题。

Methods: The traditional method of chronic serum sickness was modified by adding followings: one kidney removed, intraperitoneal inject LPS etc., and the effect of Shenhua Tablet on 24h proteinuria, blood biochemical indices, kidney function, pathology and immunofluorescence changes was observed compared with Fosinopril, and and the effect of Shenhua Tablet on the ED-1 positive cell number in the glomerulus, protein and mRNA expression and activation of Stat3 and protein and mRNA expression of TIMP-1 in the kidney tissue, and a-SMA positive mesangial cells were observed compared with Fosinopril using western blot, northern blot and immunohistochemistry methods.

对传统的大鼠慢性血清病肾炎模型制作方法进行以下改良：切除大鼠一侧肾脏、腹腔注射大肠杆菌内毒素、以及改尾静脉注射为腹腔注射。与西药福辛普利作对照，观察中药肾华对改良慢性血清病肾炎大鼠尿蛋白、血生化、肾功能、肾脏病理变化的影响。并通过免疫组化、Western蛋白印迹及Northern杂交方法，观察中药肾华对改良慢性血清病肾炎大鼠肾组织肾小球内炎细胞浸润、Stat3蛋白与基因表达及活化、以及其下游调控的TIMP-1蛋白与基因表达、系膜细胞增殖的影响。

This study was designed to clone the duck FABP gene based on the sequences of chicken and mammal FABP gene by comparative genome and bioinformatics approaches; to investigate the expression characterization of FABP genes by RT-PCR; to detect the polymorphisms of FABP genes by DNA sequencing, PCR-SSCP methods, and to investigate the effects of FABP genes polymorphisms on growth and body composition traits in Kunshan sheldrake, Cherry Valley Meat duck and so on.

The method consists of tree steps: enhancement, contour segmentation, and feature selection. In this study, our method is able to enhance the signals from masses and extract the useful contour feature from the segmented regions. The ruler method of fractal dimension computed for each case was used to form a contour feature. These feature measures can be input to a classifier based on sorting. The experimental results show that our scheme can provide useful contour extraction for spiculation structures in mammographic images.

我们的研究目的是在乳房的X光影像中选取肿瘤怀疑的区域，分成三步骤，影像前处理、轮廓分割、特徵选取，找出具有星状物轮廓的肿瘤，我们的方法首先强化肿瘤组织，接著有效分割出肿瘤的轮廓，最后利用规则式的碎形维度计算其轮廓特徵值，接著排序分出肿瘤轮廓类别，实验结果证明我们的方法可有效侦测出星状物肿瘤轮廓及其特徵。
