By using vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,10 isozymes and protein in six tissues from black carp,grass carp,silver carp and bighead carp were studied.Combining with authors previous studies,the tissue distribution,loci expression and activities of 21 isozymes and protein in six tissues of the four fishes were analysed and summarized.

At last, it is very necessary to found a special organization in order to form cultive web, make entire standarization, pay attention to develop resource and provide cultive guarantee.

The optimized conditions for isolation and culture of endophytic bacteria isolated from grasses in alpine area in this study. The different tissues of grasses were immersed in 0.1% of SDS for 15 min, 3% of NaClO for 3 min, 0.1% of mercuric chloride for 10 min, 75% of alcohol for 1 to 2 min. The endophytic bacteria were isolated after aseptic grinding and diluted to 10^(-3) and using TSA culture medium for 5 to 7 days under 28℃.
