Methods 12 patients with soft tissues defects around the foot of the diabetes were repaired by musculocutaneous,neurocutaneous axial island flaps transfer which included 4 cases of femoral forelateral flap,1 case of latissimus dorsi muscular flap,1 case of tensor fascia lata musculocutaneous flap,3 case of island flaps based on the sural nerve,1 case of island flaps based on the peroneus superficialis nerve and 2 cases of medial crural faee flap.

目的 探讨皮瓣移植修复糖尿病足组织缺损的临床效果方法采用股外侧皮瓣4例，背阔肌皮瓣1例，阔筋膜张肌皮瓣1例游离移植，腓肠神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣逆行转位3例，腓浅神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣逆行转位1例，小腿内侧皮瓣2例逆行移植修复糖尿病足组织缺损创面12例。

Methods Four cases of normal human pancreases were obtained and immunohistochemical method and Mayer hematoxylin staining were used to show IAPP-immunoreative cells.

The result showed that: 1 Gill epithelium nucleus major-axis size, hemolymph nucleus diameter in the connective tissue of mantle and labial palps were significantly (P＜0.001) larger in triploids than in diploids, no significantly differences were found in rectum epithelium height between diploids and triploids.

另外，通过组织切片、扫描电镜和透射电镜等方法比较了二倍体和三倍体太平洋牡蛎的几种组织器官的细胞大小、鳃的表面结构和鳃的超微结构，二倍体和四倍体精子的超微结构上的差异，旨在为更好的发展多倍体育种技术、探索多倍体的快速生长机制提供理论依据。

ivznsamg：采用na2s溶液灌流的锌离子结合方式；znseamg：采用事先注射硒酸钠的体内锌离子结合方式；iznsamg：采用取动物新鲜组织浸泡在浸染液中的锌离子结合方式；以上三种方法处理后均采用相同的amg孵育显色。tsq、zinquin荧光：均为新鲜组织取材，液氮处理后荧光下观察。

METHODS: 40 cases were classified stage IV with lumen obstruction after they failed all other treatment regimens. PDT was performed witn 630nm light delivered through cylinder diffusing tip quartz fibers passed through the biopsy channel of a flexible endoscope 48h after intravenous injection of the photosensitizer photofrin. PDT endoscopy was repeated and necrotic tissue was mechanically removed and, if necessary, that site or other new sites were treated after 48 hours. Two days after this another endoscopy was performed and the necrotic tissue was mechanically removed. Endoscopy was repeated one month after PDT and periodically thereafter as needed to re-treat symptomatic residual tumor.

40例肿瘤患者均属于IV期，所有患者都经过化疗、放疗或其他方法治疗无法解除腔道梗阻或不完全梗阻，部分完全梗阻患者结合其他治疗手段解除梗阻，光敏剂为photofrin，按2mg/kg体重静脉滴注，48小时后经内镜导入光导纤维给以630nm（DIOMED半导体激光治疗机）的激光照射，2天后经内镜清除坏死组织并对原有病灶和新发现病灶给以复照，之后根据具体情况给患者的病灶部位清除坏死组织。

本文从目前的医院信息系统现状分析，提出系统性能评价指标，并从ORACLE体系结构出发，对内存区中的系统全局区及程序全局区进行合理的组织与分配，确定合理的命中率，这是性能优化的关键；ORACLE存储结构采用的互为关系的逻辑存储结构与物理存储结构，故确定其中的表空间、数据文件、控制文件的大小是性能优化的基础；数据库对象结构中的索引、簇、视图、存储过程等对其进行合理的设计，对大型数据库的性能有着重要的影响；最后便是在SQL／PLUS境下，通过与基于代价与基于规则的方法进行比较，对合理高效的SQL语句进行组织，并列出优化后系统性能的情况。
