The cells infected and noninfected were combined with PLGA at a concentration of 5×106cells/ml to construct tissueengineered bones respectively.They were further implanted into 8 rabbits subcutaneously using PLGA as blank control(8 implants per group). Six weeks after surgery, the implants were evaluated with histological staining and computerized analysis of new bone formation.

方法］PLGA与腺病毒Ad-BMP-7感染后的兔MSCs共培养，电镜观察了解细胞在PLGA上黏附、生长和合成分泌骨基质成分的情况；将转染基因的细胞和未转染基因的细胞分别与PLGA支架复合，构建组织工程化骨并植入体内，通过组织观察新骨形成情况。

With in situ DNA hybridization, the EBV genomes have been demonstrated in the labial glands of the Sjogren′s syndrome patients (16/28), moreover the elevated content of EBV DNA has been identified in those with more severe destruction of labial glands. It is concluded that EBV, vhich has a normal site of latency at salivary glands in a nonpathogenic state, may be reactivated in Sjogren′s syndrome patients and play a role in the pathogenesis of this disease.

另外，我们用原位杂交方法观察了EB病毒DNA在干燥综合征病人唇腺组织的存在状况，结果发现28例干燥综合征病人中16例为阳性，其中腺泡组织破坏严重者，EB病毒DNA的含量亦高，并且EB病毒主要分布于大量浸润的淋巴细胞中，其次位于腺泡上皮细胞内，少量见于腺泡腔中，以上结果提示，在干燥综合征病人EB病毒处于活跃的复制状态，干燥综合征病人靶器官受损与EB病毒的活跃复制及其诱导的免疫反应密切相关。

We detected the expression of OCY-66, OCY-189 and OCY-142 in 28 ovarian cancers and 30 normal ovarian tissues by RT-PCR, and studied the expression of OCY-142 in these ovarian cancers and normal ovarian tissues by nonradioactive hybridization in situ.
