Methods Immunohistochemical method with two specific antibodies(MMP-9,CD68) was used to detect the their special antigens in lung tissues of six cases who died of SARS and five normal cases as the controls.Gomori aldehyde fuchsine staining method was used to explore the change of elastic fiber.Motic advanced 4.0 image analysis system was used to analyze those images.

方法通过免疫组织化学技术对6例SARS死亡患者肺和5例肺外伤患者手术切除的正常肺组织中MMP-9和CD68+细胞进行检测，Gomori醛品红法显示弹性纤维，应用Motic Advanced 4.0图像分析系统进行定量分析，测定MMP-9的面密度、CD68+细胞的数量、弹性纤维的含量，并与正常对照组进行比较。

Met hod: Hypertrophy of prostate model rat was established by injecting t estosterone to gelding male rats. After being treated with Qianlie Huichun ig 30 days, the rats were killed and prostate glands were resected for examination. The Fas expressio n was examined by immunobistochemical SABC.

Immunohistochemical method: The CD34 monoclonal antibody was selected as the first antibody, with the immunohistochemical SP procedure, then the pathological slice was displayed by DAB and stained again by hematein. One slice was used as a negative control and reacted with PBS fluid(0.01mmol/L) which was the substitute of anti- CD34.(the kits coming from Boster Biotechnology CO.LTD). The number of the vessels and vascular endothelial cells were displayed by immunohistochemical method.

免疫组化方法：病理组织切片以CD34单克隆抗体作为第一抗体，按照免疫组织化学SP步骤进行，DAB显色，苏木素复染，每组用0.01mmol/l的PBS液替代CD34抗体作阴性对照(试剂购自于武汉博士德公司)，应用免疫组化显示血管，对不同时期的血管生成情况及早期的炎性反映情况进行观察。
