组织方法

The changes in the weight, exponential, structure of the tissue, cell apoptosis in testis and epididymis and the changes in the sperm tectology in epididymis were measured on the day 8, 13, 21 and 35 of the treatment,respectively,by the method of morphological examination.

Methods Thirty adult unmating female SD rats were autotransplantated of uterine tissue into left abdominal wall,uteroovarian ligament and between right subcutaneous fascia and muscular layer of abdominal wall.

方法取30只雌性未交配性成熟大鼠，将自体子宫内膜组织种植于左侧腹壁、子宫卵巢韧带和右侧皮下筋膜层与腹壁肌层间，术后第21天取出异位组织，进行组织形态学观察。

METHODS: The expression of Elk-1 in fresh esophageal cancer tissues and their corresponding normal mucosae was detected immunohistochemically by means of tissue microarray.
