Two-phase-learning is adopted. The strongpoint is that intuitionistic knowledge can be used to control the segmentation by using input-weight and distant-weight. Examples prove that segmentation using SOFM network is right and efficient. Surface fitting is an absolutely necessarily process in REGM. Surface fitting includes algebraic and parametric surface fitting. Algebraic surface fitting has not extra requirement for data distribute format and boundary shape.

第三种方法把人工智能用于反向工程的数据分区，因为数据分区的实质是相似特征的聚类，而神经网络可以实现自组织特征映射，在本论文中第一次把自组织特征映射神经网络用于多视图点云的数据分区，通过神经网络对数据点的坐标、法向量等几何特征进行聚类，并且运用了快速稳定的训练方法——两阶段训练算法，最重要的是，通过距离权值和输入权值可以把用户观察所得的直观知识加入聚类过程。

The paper considers that urban planning methodology is composed with three parts. They are philosophy foundation, noetic methodology and operational methods. The philosophy foundation of urban planning methodology under the framework of multi-rationality composes of Marxist philosophy with materialistic dialectic and historical dialectic as the core, western philosophy such as humanism, verificationism, and historism etc., oriental philosophy centralized on synthesis and unison. The noetic methodology of urban includes micro logical noetic methods macro visual noetic methods and micro-macro creative noetic methods. The urban planning operational method includes the route, process and techniques needed in practice.

其中，城市规划方法的哲学基础是在总体的复合理性框架之下，由以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为核心的马克思主义哲学，人本主义、实证主义、历史主义等西方哲学以及强调综合调和、天人合一的东方哲学思想所构成；城市规划思维方法体系，是城市规划过程中思考问题的角度及处理问题的方法论的总和，包括微观的逻辑思维方法、宏观的形象思维方法和宏微结合的创造性思维方；城市规划操作方法体系是直接用于城市规划实践的方法归纳和概括，包括城市规划的方法路线、程序组织、技术方法等等。

ABSTRACT Objective To discuss the clinical pathologic features and differential diagnosis of mixed germ cell sex cord stromal tumorwith malignant variant of germ cell tumor Methods The clinical pathologic datum and immunophenotype were studied in the case of ovary MGCSCST with malignant variance of germ cell tumor Results The patient's genital anatomy and female phenotype were normal,karotypes was 46xx with uterogestation The tumor tissue consisted of mixed germ cells and sex cord stromal cells with evident malignancy of mixed germ cells There was no atypical structure of gonadoblastoma in tumor tissue Conclusion MGCSCSST has complex morphosis,thus,to prevent misdiagnosis,more samples should be collected and more slices be cut The patient may have prognosis malo when there are high malignant variants of mixed germ cells in tumor tissue

目的 探讨混合性生殖细胞性索间质肿瘤(mixed germ cell sex cord stromal tumor，MGCSCST)伴恶性生殖细胞肿瘤变异型的临床病理特点及鉴别诊断。方法卵巢MGCSCST伴恶性生殖细胞肿瘤变异型的病例进行临床病理特征和免疫表型分析。结果患者生殖器的解剖结构和女性表型正常，染色体组型是46xx，足月妊娠。肿瘤组织由混合性生殖细胞和性索间质肿瘤构成，混合性生殖细胞有显著的恶性特征。瘤组织中没有典型的性腺母细胞瘤结构。结论 MGCSCST有复杂的形态结构，因此更多的取材和切片可以防止误诊，当肿瘤组织中的混合性生殖细胞有高度恶性变异时，患者预后不良。卵巢肿瘤；生殖细胞性索间质肿瘤；免疫组织化学

研究在不同压强的外力作用下，模型指定时相点的一般情况和存活率、大体、光镜及电镜下胰腺组织的病理变化和常规酶学变化，得到稳定建模致伤压强；然后，固定致伤压强，研究胰腺创伤后不同时相点的伤情变化(包括一般情况、胰腺组织的病理变化、AMS和LPS活性变化、血常规、血生化、胰腺细胞凋亡以及胰腺组织细胞生长周期变化情况)；再次，采用3H-花生四烯酸标记大肠杆菌膜作为底物的方法检测大鼠胰腺创伤后不同时相点的PLA_2活性，利用荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测其亚型mRNA的表达，利用Western blot和IHC技术检测其蛋白表达量和蛋白组织定位；最后，将Variabilin体内应用于急性胰腺创伤大鼠模型，研究其对模型的保护作用和对PLA_2的抑制效应。

Based on the analysis of resistance"s concept and mechanism of emergence, the paper explains factors that affect emergence of resistance from individual, group and organization, and evaluates strong-weak state of resistance through fuzzy synthetically evaluation. Managers can know resistance well and weaken resistance purposely in order to integrations enforcement smoothly.
