Objective:By histochemical method, the four biotinylated lectins (DBA, SBA, WGA, UEA 1) were used to study changos in glycoconjugate expression on the surface of endometrium of 28 cases of RSA without obvious reasons in secretary phase, at the same time, endometrial biopsies were taken for histomorphologic evolution.

本文通过生物素分别标记的双花藕豆凝集素、大豆凝集素、麦胚凝集素及荆豆凝集素（UEA－1）与子宫内膜的反应，应用S－P法研究28例无明显原因反复流产的分泌期子宫内膜糖复合物的变化及与其组织形态学分期的相关性。

The rats were divided into control group and experimental group . The Saline or autologous nucleus pulposus of coccygeal vertebral was injected to the epidurale cavum of rat, making the non-compressive model of experimental lumbar nucleus pulposus prolapse . The cauda equina nerve conduction velocity and the histologic changes were observed.

结果：与时照组比较，模型组大鼠血清Cu、E2、T含量明显增加(P.01)；卵巢组织形态学观察：对照组可见各期发育卵泡及黄体形成，模型组卵泡呈囊性扩张，颗粒细胞层明显减少，大量卵泡闭镇。

The morphologic change of muscle fibers: At the early stage of denervation, the area of cross sections decreased, some muscle fibers turned into angular fibers, nuclei congregated around the center of the fibers. After 8 weeks of denervation, atrophic and hypertrophic fibers coexist. Collagen increases under the endomysium and between the fibers.

肌纤维的组织形态学变化：面部肌肉失神经支配早期，肌纤维的横截面面积变小，出现角状纤维，肌细胞核聚集，细胞核从肌纤维边缘移至肌纤维中央附近；失神经支配后期，肿胀与萎缩的肌纤维并存，肿胀的肌纤维的横截面成倍大于正常的肌纤维，而萎缩的肌纤维的横截面则成倍小于正常的肌纤维；有大量的角纤维存在，肌纤维之间有较多的结缔组织增生。

Before the experiment and in the second,fourth week of the experiment,blood was taken from mice's epicanthic intravenous of each group to determine biochemistry index of SCr,BUN,blood potassium,blood sodium and radioimmunity index of PCⅢ,HA,LA.

在实验前及实验的第2、4周，分别从各组大鼠眼内眦静脉采血，测定血肌酐、血尿素氮、血钾、血钠等生化指标以及Ⅲ型前胶原、血清透明质酸、层粘连蛋白等放免指标，42d时从心脏直接采血复查上述各指标，而后处死动物取肾脏进行组织形态学及特殊染色检查。

Meanwhile the lung tissue slide was prepared for electron microscopic observation at 180 minutes after reperfusion.Result: HO-1 expression was upregulated in two groups in the pulmonary endothelial cells,part of pulmonary vascular smooth muscle cells,extima of vessels and epithelial cells of airway,the absorbance was 0.148±0.013,0.158±0.012,respectively.The Shenmai injection group showed higher absorbance than those of the IRI group( P .01),lower W/D and IAR values than those of the IRI group( P .01) significantly and lighter abnormal changes of the lung tissue in morphologically than those of the PIRI group.

结果：HO-1在I-R组、SM组肺血管内皮、部分血管平滑肌、外膜层及部分气道上皮均有阳性表达，原位杂交的平均吸光度分别为0.148±0.013，0.158±0.012，SM组HO-1的表达水平明显高于I-R组( P 。01)，W/D，IAR值显著低于I-R组( P 。01)，肺组织形态学异常改变轻于I-R组。

RESULTS: As compared with group I-R, Fas/FasL mRNA slightly expressed in intima and extima of small pulmonary artery, alveoli, and bronchiole epithelia in group Pur. The values of AI, W/D and IQA showed significantly lower than that in group I-R at 60, 180, 300 minutes after reperfusion in lung tissue (P.01 and P.05). Meanwhile, abnormal changes of the lung tissue in morphologically were lessen markedly in group Pur.

结果：肺再灌注1h、3h、5h， Pur组Fas/FasL mRNA在肺小动脉内膜、肺小静脉内膜、肺泡上皮及肺支气管上皮呈弱阳性表达，明显低于同一时点I-R组(P.05)；AI、W/D和IQA值显著低于I-R组（P.01和P.05）；肺组织形态学异常改变不同程度减轻。

MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Histomorphological observation; levels of proteoglycan, as well as type Ⅱ collagen.

主要观察指标：组织形态学观察，蛋白多糖水平，Ⅱ型胶原水平。
