The results showed that LRK could significantly inhibit the mammary hyperplasia caused by estrin, reduce the content of serum 〓, raise P level, promote the production of DA in hypothalamus and mammary tissue, decrease the release of 5-HT, inhibit the secretion of serum PRL, reduce the sensitivity of mammary tissue to estrin and progestogen, prevent the expression of mammary tissue on PCNA, the effect was equal to triphenylamine oxide, obviously superior to the control group of Ru Zeng Ning.

通过实验研究，建立了具有肾虚肝郁证侯群的乳腺增生病理模型，利用免疫组化技术、图像分析系统、荧光分光光度法、放射免疫法等现代医学研究方法，从病理形态学、医用体视学、神经内分泌学、阴道细胞学等方面，观察了利乳康口服液对模型动物整体状态、乳腺组织病理形态、血清激素、神经递质以及卵巢功能的影响，结果表明利乳康口服液能明显抑制雌激素引起的乳腺组织增生，降低血清E〓含量，升高P水平，促进下丘脑及乳腺组织中DA的产生，减少5-HT释放，抑制血清PRL分泌，降低乳腺组织对雌、孕激素的敏感性，阻止乳腺组织PCNA的表达，其效应与三苯氧胺相当，明显优于乳增宁对照组；另外，利乳康口服液还能缓解模型动物肾虚肝郁证侯群，增加其体重，调节其整体状况，改善模型动物不规则动情周期，减轻其子宫及卵巢的病变，抑制子宫内膜的过度增长，调节卵巢功能，揭示了中药利乳康口服液对神经内分泌和卵巢功能的整体调控作用，以及对本病发生、发展的预防作用

Tumor cells grew actively in the tumor tissues of the control group. Prodrug therapy group: small amount of tumor cells were denatured vacuously,others were infiltrated by lympholeukocyte,and the growth of tumor cells were surspressed.Prodrug themochemotherapy group: what we can see that tumor cells were denatured vacuously, mesoplasts crinkled, cellular boundary disappered, only a small number of tumor cells remained, fibroblast were seen scatteredly, tumor cells were invaded by a lot of lympholeukocyte and eosinophilic granulocyte. Normal liver tissues, stomach tissues, lung tissues, pancreas tissues, small intestine tissues, large intestine tissues showed normal shape.

对照组肿瘤组织见肿瘤细胞生长活跃；前药治疗组肿瘤组织见有少量细胞空泡变性，少量淋巴细胞浸润，肿瘤细胞生长受到抑制；前药热疗组肿瘤组织可见肿瘤细胞空泡变性，细胞核皱缩，边集甚至消失，仅残留少量肿瘤细胞，并可见散在的成纤维细胞，大量淋巴细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞浸润；3组裸鼠正常肝组织、胃、肺、胰腺、小肠、大肠组织均呈正常形态学，无病理性损伤改变。

In order to make Maca be introduced to China, the basicproblems related to introduction and planting such as morphology classification, regionlayout, tissue culture and allelopathy were carried out. And the results were as follows:(1) The numerical Taxonomy of Maca and fifteen plants of Lepidium in China wasinvestigated by cluster analysis and the results showed that the method of numericaltaxonomy could be applied for Lepidium and its results were basically consistent with thatof morphology taxonomy and molecular marker such as Pi intron, ITS and cpDNA.

本文围绕玛咖在中国引种栽培的基础性和关键性问题，进行了形态学分类、区域规划、组织快繁以及克生现象等的研究，取得以下成果：(1)采用聚类分析，对 15 种中国独行菜属植物以及玛咖进行数量学分类，结论与经典形态学分类以及用 Pi 内含子序列、ITS 序列和 cpDNA 序列进行分类的结果基本吻合，玛咖与家独行菜、碱独行菜的亲缘关系最近，相似系数分别为 0.839、0.722。

All the indexes were tested in 2 -. 4 .. 6 weeks of operative intervals respectively. Results:(1) The general observation in the experimental group ,such as spirit, hair, body weight and activity ,was superior to that in the control group.(2) The recovery rate of sciatic nerve functional index (SF1) was statistically significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group .(3) electrophysciological indexes: m the experimental group ,the tardy rate of induced motorius action potential ,recovery rates of the amplitude of compound muscle action potential and twitch tension and tetanic tension of triceps surae muscle ,were significantly higher than in the control group.(4) Compared with the control group ,the triceps surae muscle wet weight was significantly greater in the experimental group.(5) histomorphological indexes: the count of myelinated nerve fibers ,diameter of regenerated axon, thickness of nerve myelin sheath and area of capillary were much more in the experimental group than in the control group.(6) observation of ultrastructure with the transmission election microscope: more abundant organell a and maturer myelin sheath lay in the injured peripheral nerve of the experimental group, while not lay in the control group.

分别在木后第2、4、6周时进行各项指标的检测，结果发现：（1）实验组SD大鼠在整个实验过程中，其精神、毛发、体重，运动灵活性等一般情况优于对照组；（2）实验组的坐骨神经功能指数恢复率显著优于对照组，P＜0.01；（3）神经电生理指标：实验组运动神经诱发电位潜伏期的延迟率显著优于对照组，P＜0.05；复合肌肉动作电位振幅的恢复率显著高于对照组，两组比较第2周时P＜0.01，第4、6周时，P＜0.05；小腿三头肌单收缩力和强直收缩力的恢复率实验组显著高于对照组，P＜0.01；（4）小腿三头肌湿重的恢复率，第2、4周时实验组高于对照组，差异非常显著，P＜0.01；第6周时，差异仍显著，P＜0.05；（5）组织形态学指标：有髓种经轴突计数、再生轴突直径的恢复率，毛细血管面积，实验组均显著大于对照组，P＜0.01、P＜0.05、P＜0.001；实验组髓鞘厚度的恢复率也显著高于对照组，第2周时P＜0.01，第4、6周时，P＜0.05；（6）透射电镜超微结构观察：实验组再生轴突中细胞器丰富，髓鞘结构成熟，神经再生情况优于对照纽。
