ABSTRACT In this thesis, the microstructure, the in situ tensile fracture processes and the mechanism of deformation and fracture of the SiC whisker reinforced aluminium composites made by a squeeze casting method were studied by means of SEM, TEM, HVEM, AES, HREM, electronic tensile machine and magnetic tape recorder. The dislocation theory and the complex function method were also used during analysis.

本文利用扫描电镜、透射电镜、高压电镜、俄歇谱仪、高分辨电镜、电子拉伸机和磁带式记录仪等设备和技术以及位错理论和复变函数方法研究了由高压凝固铸造法制备的碳化硅晶须增强铝复合材料的显微组织、动态拉伸断裂过程以及在特殊条件下变形和断裂的规律。

The cyclic softening was analyzed under TEM thatit is related to heterogeneity of plastic deformation. The softening of the steelstested is caused by the formation or the dislocation cell structure with low densityand low internal stress, and by the redissolution of fine carbides into matrix.

试验钢的软化是由于在循环变形中位错结构转变成低密度、低内应力的位错胞状组织，以及细小碳化物在位错往复切割下碎化而重新回溶引起的。

Results Among all the patients,of the subhepatic type were 10 cases,of the supragastric, the subphrenic and the retrogastric type were 6、13 and 19 cases rerpectively. All colons of CSIF were found or volvulus,and local gaseour distention.
