Two pairs of primers were designed based on the sequence of ovis aries preprochymosin cDNA reported in GenBank.The preprochymosin cDNA was obtained from toltal RNA isolated from the abomasum of 5-day-old Xinong Saanen Goat by RT-PCR method and then cloned successfully in E.coli.

参照GenBank登录的绵羊凝乳酶原前体cDNA序列设计引物，以新生5d的西农萨能羊皱胃组织总RNA为模版，通过RT-PCR方法获得凝乳酶原前体cDNA，克隆测序后进行序列比对。

The experiments were conducted to find out the effects of calcium, copper, zinc, manganese ions, SDS and EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid) on the superoxide dismutase in muscle of kuruma shrimp Penaeus japonicus, prawn Procambarus clarkii and Bacific white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei and the differences in SOD in muscle, gill and hepatopancreas.

Results In living body observation showed all the experiment mice had the hair loss in the early stage, that last longer time in cross-linked ADMs which combined with granulation tissue formation on the parts of skin embedded ADM. After 4 weeks, the new-type ADMs embedded subcutenously had been detected a longer degradation time and more naturelike neogenesis collagen in compared to the cross-linked ADMs.

结果：所有试验小鼠在早期均有毛发脱失现象，交联型真皮组持续时间长并伴有肉芽组织形成。4周后，新型复合真皮显示组织结构致密有序，降解时间更长；组织相容性及促自体胶原代谢能力均较交联型真皮更为优越。

METHODS: A total of 50 white rabbits were randomly divided into anterior cruciate ligament transection group, medial collateral ligament transection + meniscectomy group and normal control group. The specimens were harvested at weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 after operation. The osteocartilaginous section of the medial femur condyles were observed by gross observation, histological examination, and Markin scores. The contents of proteoglycan and collagen fiber were also measured.

Methods The expression of P73 in 92 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissue, 10 cases of colorectal polypous adenoma tissues, 34 cases of lymph node metastasis, 16 cases of liver metastasis, and 10 cases of normal colorectal tissues were measured by PV immunohistochemical approach.

In the experiment, three thawing methods, such as washing by water at 40℃, exposing at the room temperature of 25℃, and washing by tap water were used to estimate the effects of thawing methods on the survival rate after cryopreservation. The results showed that the relative survival rate of the calli with proembryos was higher than that of the general calli; and that different thawing methods had the same effect on the survival rate of longan calli by cryopreservation.
