Methods Beecher tissue arrayer was used to create a196-dot tissue microarray,derived from99cases of common carcinomas,and their para-cancerous tissues and corresponding normal tissues which were formalin-fixedand paraffin embedded.

在病理档案材料中选取10种常见恶性肿瘤及其癌旁或正常组织的石蜡包埋标本，HE染色切片定位穿刺部位，每一蜡块穿取直径0.6mm大小组织柱，排布成196点列阵的芯片；用Ki-67，p53，rasp21，nm-23和E-cadherin单抗和S-P法进行免疫组化染色，对各切片阳性细胞进行计数观察。

It was observed that the influence of bud and its position on the healing process of grafting unions using hardwood sectioning method, and found that:(1) bud of a scion and its position to the graft unions have no influence on callusing formation of the isolation layers, and the early differentiation of cambia;(2) a scion bud closer to the grafting union would promote the formation of more compacted callus cells and the earlier formation of callus bridges;(3) conduit differentiation in grafting unions of lower-bud scions was later than that of other treatments.

利用滑动切片法对芽子有无及芽位对嫁接愈合过程的影响进行了观察，发现：(1)接芽有无及芽位对隔离层及愈伤组织形成和形成层的早期分化没有影响；(2)芽或去芽的芽位距接口近，可以促进愈伤组织的紧密连接，即愈伤组织桥的形成；(3)低位芽枝嫁接体中导管分化较晚，而其它处理导管的分化几乎是同时发生的，而且导管首先出现于愈伤组织薄壁细胞中。

By in situ hybridization, 53BP2 mRNA expression is revealed in tumor cell nests of NPC paraffin sections. The strong positive particles localize in the nuclei of tumor cells; but slight positive signals are also found in tissue cells of chronic nasopharyngitis and connective tissue, such as lymphocytes and smooth muscle cells; There are also positive signals in the nuclei of hyperplastic squamous epithelial cells. However, 53BP1 mRNA expression is not found in nuclei of tumor cells, tissues of chronic nasopharyngitis and connective tissue.

原位杂交结果显示，石蜡切片的鼻咽癌癌巢内，可见53BP2的强阳性表达信号，信号呈紫色颗粒状分布于胞核，核仁清晰可见；而在相同条件下，在慢性鼻咽炎组织和癌旁上皮的结缔组织，也可见弱表达信号，如淋巴细胞和平滑肌细胞；在增生的鳞状上皮细胞的核内，可找到强阳性信号。53BP1在鼻咽癌、慢性鼻咽炎组织和癌旁上皮的结缔组织切片上，均无表达信号。

During the surgery, the lesion was found to be a solid tumor. A surgical wedge biopsy was done and purulent dark yellow fluid was drained from the center of the mass. Histologically, there was a solid pattern of rhabdoid and anaplastic round or oval cells haphazardly arranged with poor differentiation. Immunohistochemical staining was positive for vimentin, a mesenchymal marker; the reticulin staining was consistent with carcinoma.

Results:Methyl aldehyde can"t preserves efficiently the ultrastructure of the renal biopsies.Osmium tetroxide can preserves efficiently it but affects dyeing of the section for light microscopy.However,glutraldehyde not only preserves it better than methyl aldehyde but also doesn"t affect dyeing of the section for light microscopy.

结果：甲醛固定不能有效保存肾穿组织的超微结构，锇酸的固定能有效地保存超微结构，但严重影响了光镜切片的染色；而戊二醛与甲醛相比，较好地保存了肾穿组织的超微结构，同时又不影响光镜切片的染色。

A method of the soft registration based RST transformation is put forward on the basis of the hard registration in consideration of the speciality of 3 D image reconstruction for the serial sections of palatal microstructure. Employing characteristic points, the problem of displacement on 3 D image reconstruction for serial sections of palatal microstructure was solved and paved the way for reshowing the palatal microstructure with reality.
