Objective To study the expression and significance of p53protein In gastric carcinoma and precanˉcerous lesions.Methods The expressions of p53protein were detected by immunohitochemical method in74chronic gasˉtritis,59intestinal metaplasia,66dysplasia and81gastric carcinomas.

目的 探讨胃癌及癌病变组织中p53基因蛋白的表达及意义方法应用免疫组织化学染色方法对74例慢性胃炎，59例肠上皮化生，66例异型增生和81例胃癌进行了p53基因蛋白检测。

Adenocarcinoma had a solid trabecular, papillary, cribriform or diffuse pattern. The cribriform-morular and papillary cells were positive for CEA and EMA, but focally positive for AFP by immumohistochemical analysis.

腺癌组织学表现为实体巢状或弥散分布，以及肿瘤性的乳头状上皮、筛状结构，免疫组织化学染色CEA、EMA阳性，而AFP灶性阳性。

From the early study of the pathogenesis of pre-eclampsia people have found its association with immunological function . In 1986 Ellis et al[1] had found that the extravillous chorionic cytotrophoblast contacting with the maternal tissue expressed high levels of Human leukocyte antigen-G, a major histocompatibility tissue-specific antigen . Extravillous chorionic cytotrophoblast with high levels expression of HLA-G proteins can invade the maternal deciduas and the maternal spiral arteries by displacing the endothelial lining and destroying most of the musculoelastic tissue of these arteries .

METHODS: The model of tissue damaged submandibular gland in 10 rats was made by deligation. One week later, the gland tissue was obtained to harvest submandibular gland stem/progenitor cells by enzyme digestion in vitro. Following 10-14 days of primary culture, small round cells were collected, purified and subcultured for monoclonal culture.

10只大鼠采用结扎下颌下腺主导管、抑制腺体分泌来建立组织损伤模型，1周后切取腺体组织，酶消化法体外分离下颌下腺干/祖细胞，原代培养10~14 d后，挑取培养皿中形成的小的类圆形、类上皮细胞集落予以纯化，传代后进行单克隆培养。

The lymphoid tissue was necrosis, and the amount of lymphocytes was reduced. The pathological changes of the positive cells, especially the epithelial cells were swell, denaturization and hyperplasy to the extent.
