On the basis of MEBT, a new technique hypothesis of injecting MEBO under the eschar was proposed to have 6 biochemical reactions available, such as hydrolysis, enzymolysis, saponification, rancidify, lipofication, esterification of MEBO with necrotic tissue of the eschar, then to realize liquefaction and quick defluxion of necrotic tissues, This finally to play a role of regenerative action of MEBO in situ to turn potential regenerative cells into skin stem cells that would further proliferate and differentiate to form skin tissues, reaching the goal of physiologically repairing wounds.

最后提出了在烧伤湿性医疗技术正规治疗的基础上，同时进行痂下注射MEBO的新技术设想，其目的是使痂下组织尽早接受MEBO的治疗，痂下发挥MEBO的水解、酶解、皂化、酸败、脂化、酯化六大生物化学反应，促使坏死组织痂下痂外一起液化，尽快脱落；而且在痂下发挥MEBO原位再生作用，使潜能细胞转变成皮肤干细胞，干细胞进一步增殖分化形成皮肤组织，达到创面生理性修复之目的。

Methods］ A total RNA from 10 cases withovarian papillary serous cystadenocarcinoma and normal ovarian tissues were extracted by a single step method of gene chip. The cDNA retro?鄄transcribed from equal quantity mRNA derived from 10 cases with ovarian papillary serous cystadenocarcinoma and normal ovarian tissues. The cDNA strand was labeled with fluorescent Cy5 and Cy3(normal ovarian epithelial cells) as probes.

方法］ 采用基因芯片技术，按一步法分别抽提10例卵巢浆液性乳头状囊腺癌患者的癌组织和正常卵巢组织的总RNA并纯化mRNA；逆转录合成以Cy5荧光标记卵巢癌细胞和Cy3荧光标记正常卵巢上皮细胞的cDNA作为探针，在含有8 464点人类体细胞基因模板的表达谱cDNA芯片上进行杂交。

In the present experiment, the tender stems of Dracaena cambodiana were used as explants to establish a two-step tissue culture and regeneration system. The effects of types and concentrations of plant hormones on the induction of callus were studied. Based on these, the reactions of callus regeneration to different mutation-induced approaches (60Co irradiation, EMS and colchicines), the regeneration ability of the treated callus as well as the characters diversities (including the appearance traits and cytological observations) of the regeneration plants were investigated.
