In severe labionasal deformities, Forked flap was used at the upper lip to lengthen columella for patients who have enough upper lip tissue, while for those who have deficient upper lip tissue, the prolabium was advanced into columella for lengthening and an Abbé flap was adopted for upper lip reconstruction. Results Since 2000, we have treated 23 patients of secondary deformities of bilateral cleft lip.

This charpter aslo provides an overview of the content of responsibility and the circumstaces precluding wrongfulness. Chapter Four deals with the Future of the responsibility of international organization. This Chapter discusses the present situation and the future of the international law of international organization responsibility, but aslo gives some discussion on the issue of the responsibility of the non-governmental organizaions.

RESULTS: During 10 - 12 weeks, in cuntrol group: The defect area was repaired by white and soft tissue that had no resistance to press. The repaired tissue was still lower than the surrounding articular surface with clear boundary. By histological observation, it was found that the defect was repaired by the mechanism similar to inflammatory reaction and the defect is ultimately filled by the hyperplasia of hyaline degenerative fibrous tissues. In filling group: the defect was repaired by semi-transparent, smooth, textured tissues with polish that had resistance to press as well as elasticity. The repaired tissue was almost similar to the shape of the surrounding cartilage,difficult to be distinguished. After histological observation, it was found that there was no inflammatory reaction, but active hyperplasia of inner bonetissue and cartilage tissues; a lot of osteoid tissues and trabeculation were found. Newlborn cartilage was fused with surrounding cartilage tissue and connected with surrounding tissues.

Results Well-resolved, reproducible 2-DE profiles of human colon carcinoma tissues and paired normal tumor-adjacent colon tissues were obtained. For colon carcinoma tissues, a total of (980±28) spots were detected; for paired normal tumor-adjacent colon tissues,(860±45) spots were detected. For normal tumor- adjacent colon tissues, the average deviation of spot position was (10.487±0.11) mm in IEF direction and (0.944±0.12) mm in SDS-PGE direction; for colon carcinoma tissues the average deviation of spot position was (0.654±0.11) mm in IEF direction and (1.20±0.22) mm in SDS-PGE direction. Number of differentially expressed proteins was 72.00±12.34 between colon carcinoma and paired normal tumor-adjacent colon tissues.
