This papers explore the correlation between the thickness of blade、cuticula、epidermis cells、fence form、sponge form,the ratio of the fence form and sponge form,the layer of the fence form,the length of cell and the yield,suitable system,resistance of the blade anatomical structure by paraffin section method and observing in optical microscope using tea varieties in Guangxi,such as the No.1 of Guilv, and provide a scientific basis for tea scientific research and production.

本文主要对近年来广西选育成的桂绿1号等新品种品系通过石蜡切片法，并采用光学显微镜观察叶片解剖结构特征，探索叶片解剖结构中的叶片、角质层、表皮细胞、栅栏组织、海绵组织等厚度及栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度的比值、栅栏组织层数、细胞长度等与产量、适制性、抗逆性之间的相关性，为茶叶科研、生产利用提供科学依据。

本文通过对中美教育行政组织的比较研究发现，中美教育行政组织在教育行政组织的法律依据、教育立法机关、教育行政组织的权贵体系、教育行政组织的独立性、领导机制、层级隶属关系以及教育经费分担、教师任免权及课程制定权等方面存在一定的异同。

For each layer-divide symbol appeares regularly in weave diagram, the layer-divide symbol is affirmed first,then the attribute of each yarn and weft is fixed,the weave of each layer is analyzed at last. As to leno fabric, the reverse side of the fabric should be analyzed, tell the crossing warp from normal warp before drafting the looming draft.This paper introduces the method to analyze this kind of complex fabric through above two examples.

通过实验研究，建立了具有肾虚肝郁证侯群的乳腺增生病理模型，利用免疫组化技术、图像分析系统、荧光分光光度法、放射免疫法等现代医学研究方法，从病理形态学、医用体视学、神经内分泌学、阴道细胞学等方面，观察了利乳康口服液对模型动物整体状态、乳腺组织病理形态、血清激素、神经递质以及卵巢功能的影响，结果表明利乳康口服液能明显抑制雌激素引起的乳腺组织增生，降低血清E〓含量，升高P水平，促进下丘脑及乳腺组织中DA的产生，减少5-HT释放，抑制血清PRL分泌，降低乳腺组织对雌、孕激素的敏感性，阻止乳腺组织PCNA的表达，其效应与三苯氧胺相当，明显优于乳增宁对照组；另外，利乳康口服液还能缓解模型动物肾虚肝郁证侯群，增加其体重，调节其整体状况，改善模型动物不规则动情周期，减轻其子宫及卵巢的病变，抑制子宫内膜的过度增长，调节卵巢功能，揭示了中药利乳康口服液对神经内分泌和卵巢功能的整体调控作用，以及对本病发生、发展的预防作用

Result: The inductivity of leaves was the highest about 87.5%, followed with the stem section and leafstalk; The inductivity of nutrient medium such as MS, B5 callus was higher than the ones like H, SH and the White callus amended one; It was found that low-grade Phvalue benefits the growth of callus. The experiment result showed that different pH showed little difference in quality. The best condition of culture was 25 ℃in temperature. Conclusion: The best culture condition for callus was the leaves as explantation.
