This topic investigate the change of epidermic cell in suspension and in simplex after they were preserved in defferent ways. The junction between cells and the adhesion between cells and matrix have important roles in the hypothermic impairment of tissue.Their existence affect the recovery of cells under hypothermia. Consequently,the cytoskeleton system may contribute to the impairment caused by junctions.

本研究利用体外培养的表皮细胞单层和单细胞悬液，采用不同的保存方法进行保存，观察到组织细胞间的连接以及细胞与细胞基质的连接对组织冷冻的损伤有重要的作用，它们的存在直接影响组织细胞的活力，其原因与细胞骨架系统有关。

Experimental results show that rapid solidification technology can remarkably optimize Mg-Zn-Nd alloy's microstructure and property,there are three zones of fine grain zone,columnar grain zone and equiaxial grain zone in ribbon's solidification structure,which reserve structure character of cast-magnesium alloy.

结果表明：快速凝固技术可显著优化Mg-Zn-Nd合金的组织结构与性能；薄带的凝固组织分为细晶区、柱状晶区、等轴晶区三个区域，保留了铸态凝固组织的特性；快速凝固技术的细晶强化和固溶强化可明显改善Mg-Zn-Nd合金的强度与塑性。

The influences of Ce on the microstructure and mechanics performances of Ti-Fe-Mo-Mn-Nb-Zr alloys were studied and presented in this paper. The microstructure of no-Ce Ti-Fe-Mo-Mn-Nb-Zr alloy was thick, long and dendritic,and the microstructure of alloy was fined by Ce. With the increase in Ce wt%, the microstructure became equiaxial gradually.

研究了稀土 Ce对 Ti- Fe- Mo- Mn- Nb- Zr合金组织与力学性能影响，结果表明：不含 Ce的为粗大的长枝晶组织，加入 Ce后组织有所细化，并随 Ce量增加而逐渐等轴化，直至形成等轴晶；硬度方面随 Ce的加入有所降低；在 Ce含量较少时随 Ce的增加压缩强度也增加，但当 Ce含量增大一定量时，Ce增加降低了压缩强度。

For supercooling directional solidification, ideal directional microstructure can be obtained only within the supercooling range 63～83K and 127～170K. These two supercooling ranges just corresponds to the supercooling for developed equiaxial dendrites in ordinary supercooling solidification.

In this paper, evaluation of public organijation performance management-model frame has been drawn to deschbe the related field, and expatiatory evaluation index system is put forward. Furthermore, analytic hierarchy process-based fuzzy comprehensive means is tried to quantify the system.

提出了公共组织运作模型研究框架，并通过对其各个层面的深入分析，构建了公共组织绩效管理评价指标体系；运用基于AHP 多层次模糊综合法，对公共组织绩效管理评价模型进行评测，对绩效管理关联因素进行量化。

The results showed that the elongated fibriform microstructure of Ti-Ni based alloys was obtained when the first preheating temperature was 850℃and the second was 750℃. After annealing at 400~600℃, the fibriform microstructure of the alloys was restored and refined microstructure was obtained.

结果表明：钛镍基合金经过850℃第一道次挤压和750℃第二道次挤压后，形成了细长的纤维状组织；经400～600℃退火处理后，其纤维状组织得到回复，形成细小组织。

Methods The expressions of Rb protein were detected in 52 patients with breast cancer, 20 patients with breast fibroadenoma or breast cystic hyperplasia by S-P immunohistochemical method.

采用S-P免疫组织化学染色法对52例乳腺癌组织和20例良性乳腺病变组织中Rb蛋白的表达进行检测。

Theurinary IL-6 level positively correlated with density of glomerular matrix membrane, global sclerosis, fiber or fibrocellular crescents and interstitial fibrosis (p. 05). According to the degree of density of glomerular matrix membrane and interstitial fibrosis, urinary Col-IV level had better correlation than urinary TGF-betal and IL-6 levels.In IgAN, Col-IV showed increased expression in diseased renal tissue whereas the site of expression of TGF-betal was mainly localized within the cytoplasm of tubular epithelial cells. Interstial expressionwas also present but glomerular TGF-betal expression was found only in patients with heavy mesangial proliferation. There was a significant correlation between glomerular positivity for Col-IV and severity of histological damage. There was also a significant correlation between positivity for TGF-betal and Col-IV in the tubular epithelial and interstitial lesions. In contrast, there was no ralationship between glomerular positivity for TGF-betal and severity of histological damage.The urinary TGF-betal level paralleled tubular TGF-betal expression.

结果 ①IgAN患者尿TGF-β1、IL-6、Col-Ⅳ水平较健康人明显增高(P＜0.01)，该变化与血中的浓度无关(P＞0.05)；②尿TGF-β1水平与小管间质TGF-β1阳性表达呈正相关(P=0.000)，而与小球TGF-β1阳性表达无关(P＞0.05)，尿Col-Ⅳ水平与小球和小管间质Col-Ⅳ阳性表达均呈良好的相关性(P＜0.01)，还与小管间质TGF-β1阳性表达呈正相关(P＜0.05)：③小球Col-Ⅳ阳性表达与肾组织慢性病变密切相关(P＜0.05)，小管间质Col-Ⅳ和TGF-β1阳性表达均与肾小管间质病变呈良好的相关性(P＜0.01)，而小球TGF-β1阳性表达与肾组织损伤无关(P＞0.05)；④尿TGF-β1、Col-Ⅳ水平与肾小球基质基底膜面密度、小管间质病变呈正相关(P＜0.01)，与小球内细胞数呈负相关(P＜0.05)，该结果与其在组织中的表达一致；尿IL-6水平浙江大学硕士学位论文尿TGF一B一、IL一6和Col一IV在IgA肾病中的应用价值与基质基底膜面密度、球性硬化、纤维或细胞纤维新月体所占肾小球百分数及小管间质病变均有显著的相关性(F.05)；在轻度肾病理损伤时，尿'l'G卜pl、I卜6、Col一IV水平即升高，而尿Col一W在反映细胞外基质积聚和间质纤维化程度上比尿TGF一pl和IL一6有更好的相关性。

The present study demonstrated the gingival overgrowth is characterized by specific miRNAs expression profile. In the preliminary study, we established a databank by using microarray analysis of miRNAs and gene expression from one patient with inherited gingival fibromatosis.

首先，在初步实验中利用遗传性牙龈纤维瘤病患者的牙龈组织进行了微型核醣核酸以及基因表现的微阵列分析，建立了庞大的资料库，并且证明在增生的牙龈组织中，某些特定的微型核醣核酸及基因有特异的表现；因此，我们加入另外两位患有牙龈增生的组织检体来分析，共同进行数据的比对，减少个体表现差异的干扰；结果显示：共有六种微型核醣核酸在牙龈增生的实验组中具有一致的表现趋势，包括miR-203，-143，-145，-200a，-200b，-923。

Methods Nuclear β-catenin expression was detected by immunohistochemistry in 77 lesions with desmoid-type fibromatosis and 171 other spindle cell lesions, including superficial fibrmoatosis (n=18), nodular fasciitis (n=36), keloid (n=16), scar (n=10), granulation tissue (n=9), synovial sarcoma (n=38), neufibroma (n=13), solitary fibrous tumor (n=12), gastrointestinal stromal tumor (n=10), low-grade myxofibrosarcoma (n=3), low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma (n=3), and smooth muscle tumor (n=10). In addition, the immunohistochemical expressions of ER-α, ER-β and Ki-67 were examined in all of the lesions with desmoid-type fibromatosis. The nuclear immunohistochemical staining for nuclear βcatenin and ER-β was graded as high level (≥25% of cells), low level (5%-25%) or none.

采用免疫组织化学染色法检测77例韧带样型纤维瘤病和171例其它良、恶性梭形细胞病变（包括结节性筋膜炎36例、浅部纤维瘤病11例、瘢痕疙瘩16例、增生性瘢痕10例、肉芽组织9例、滑膜肉瘤38例、神经纤维瘤13例、孤立性纤维性肿瘤12例、胃肠间质肿瘤10例、低度恶性黏液纤维肉瘤3例、低度恶性纤维黏液样肉瘤3例及平滑肌肿瘤10例）组织中β-catenin核阳性的表达，同时检测韧带样型纤维瘤病中ER-α、ER-β和Ki-67的表达。
