利用膨胀法在Thermecmastor-Z型热/力模拟试验机上进行实验室实验，测定了研究钢种在不同的中间保温工艺及一定变形工艺条件下的过冷奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线；对每个试样进行了打磨、抛光、腐蚀，在光学显微镜下观察其组织，研究了在不同中间保温工艺下组织的变化情况；利用所建立的CCT曲线研究了一定变形工艺条件及不同保温工艺对其相变行为及组织的影响，对其影响规律进行了分析。

Methods HA and TGFβ1 were measured concurrently in synovial fluid samples from 23 patients with mild OA, 28 patients with severe OA and 6 patients with disciform meniscus. The determinations of positive rate of cellsin genual synovium with HA and TGFβ1 were detected by using immunohistochemical techonology.

There are two assumptions: one is that the governmental public management is dividable and the effective way of realizing governmental affairs is government purchase. And social organizations who act as the cooperator with the government will be taken as the main carriers of government projects. The other is that for the social organizations to participate in the governmental affairs they should reflect their advantages, get the support from the policy, the law and the system. The results dicate that there was nearly no difference from hibernation and activity period in all tissures except the liver and skeletal muscle of Elaphe rufodorsata as shown by electrophoresis plot, hibernation was lower than in activity period except that in liver of Erinaceus dealbatus, and LDH4 was not detected in all detected tissues of the three species of snakes.
