This paper made a systematic research on Lonicerafulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C. Cheng, which grows well inkarst areas, from its biological characteristics, such asmorphology, growth and physiology. The main conclusions asfollows:(1)From the viewpoint of morphological anatomy, it hastypical xerophyte structures such as well-developed epidermisand tissues that transport water effectively, small leaf area,dense floss under the leaf surface, high stoma density, thesmall opening degree, thick cuticle, well-developed xylem andpalisade tissues, etc. The pollen of L. fulvotomentosa isseems to be spherical, and has 3 grooves, much bulge on theepidermis evenly. The shape of pollen is an important featureon taxonomy. The ripe fruit has from 1 to 18 seeds, some fruitbranch has 135 berry, its diameter is up to 0.8 centimeter.(2)From the viewpoint of growth, L.

本文从形态解剖、生长发育的节律、光合生理特性以及种子萌发生理等生物学特性方面对喀斯特适生经济植物黄褐毛忍冬进行了较为系统的研究，得出以下结论：(1)在形态解剖上，黄褐毛忍冬根茎中含有发育良好的周皮和输导组织，导管密度大，横截面宽，周皮的形成具有节制蒸腾、通气作用和保护组织免受外界环境影响的作用，宽的导管对水分的输导效率高；叶片密被绒毛，面积较小，气孔密度大、开度小，厚的角质层和发育良好的木质部和栅栏组织等是典型的旱生结构；黄褐毛忍冬花粉近球形，具3 孔沟，表面具均匀分布的小刺，刺间具网状纹理。

There is still no consensus on the expression of the two isoforms in the human prostate and their cellular locations are also controversial. It is not known to which extent each of these isozymes contributes to overall enzyme activity in different prostatic tissues. In an attempt to elucidate which isoform of the 5α-reductases is responsible for the metabolism of T in normal and diseased human prostate, we performed qualitative and semi-quantitative studies of both enzymes in normal, benign hyperplastic and adenocarcinomatous human prostate tissues by RT-PCR and Immunohistochemistry methods.

现已成功地克隆出编码Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型5α-还原酶的基因，关于这两型5α-还原酶在前列腺组织及不同类型细胞中的存在、分布情况及其对组织中睾酮代谢各自所起的作用仍存在许多争议，为此我们应用RT-PCR及免疫组化方法对国人正常、良性增生以及前列腺癌组织中两型5α-还原酶的表达进行了定性和半定量研究。

Conclusions Components of ECM are changed in the pterygium: the sub-epithelial connective tissues and vessels are more prominent in the pterygia than in normal conjunctiva tissues, and abnormal fibers are visible only in the deeper subepithelial connective tissues. This study documents the overexpression of LN and col Ⅲ. They may play roles in cellular adherency, migration and angiogenesis. Also this study documents the overexpression of MMP3 which may degrade ECM in the pathogenesis of the pterygium.

结论翼状胬肉组织中ECM的成分较正常球结膜发生改变，有大量的弹性纤维变性、胶原纤维增生及新生血管形成；col Ⅲ在翼状胬肉组织中表达增加，LN及胶原纤维可能对翼状胬肉中血管形成、细胞粘附和迁移及ECM重建起作用；MMP-3在翼状胬肉组织中表达增加，其对ECM成分的降解作用可能有助于翼状胬肉的形成和向角膜中央侵袭。

The results were showed that embryogenic calli were induced from young leaves, which were cultured on MS medium supplemented with 2,4-D 2mg/L and KT 0.2mg/L. For the proliferation of embryogenic calli, the suitable culture medium was MS+BA 8mg/L +NAA 1mg/L. The development and maturation of somatic embryo could be much improved by using the medium of MS+ZT 2mg/L or BA 5mg/L +IAA 0.2mg/L. For the induction of secondary somatic embryo from integral somatic embryo, the suitable culture medium was MS+KT 0.1mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L or MS+ZT 0.1mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L, the proliferation frequency is 214%, 256% respectively. The cotyledonary generated from somatic embryos of Aesculus hippocastanum L.

本文就欧洲七叶树的组织培养和体细胞胚发生以及植株再生进行了系统研究，主要结果如下：以植物细胞具有全能性的理论为依据，以欧洲七叶树幼嫩叶片为外植体，进行体细胞胚胎发生研究，研究结果表明，诱导愈伤组织的适宜培养基是MS+2，4-D 2mg／L+KT0.2mg／L，MS+BA 8mg／L+NAA 1mg／L有利于胚性愈伤组织的诱导和增殖，添加ZT 2mg／L或BA 5mg／L和IAA 0.2mg／L的MS培养基有利于体细胞胚发育和成熟，体细胞胚可直接诱导次生胚发生，MS+KT 0.1mg／L+NAA 0.01 mg／L或MS+ZT 0.1mg／L+NAA 0.01 mg／L培养基诱导效果最好，增殖频率分别为214％、256％。

Results: The expression of NGF mRNA in aganglionic and hypoganglionic colon(2/9) was less than that in the proximal normal colon(8/9) and normal control.

结果： 无神经节细胞的巨结肠狭窄段和节细胞过少的肠组织与扩张段近端正常肠组织相比，其NGF mRNA表达水平降低，阳性率分别是2/9和8/9，肠神经元发育不良的病变肠组织NGF mRNA表达水平亦有下调趋势。

Results: The expression of NGF mRNA in aganglionic and hypoganglionic colon(2/9) was less than that in the proximal normal colon(8/9) and normal control. The IND specimen also showed decreased expression.

In this thesis, drug distribution in local tissues after topical administration of the ATPs was investigated with HPLC technique, concentration of ACF in skin and muscle remained high during 12hours. Pharmacodynamic of ATPs was evaluated with diclofenac gel as a control, and it was found that ATPs had stronger anti-inflammatory activity than diclofenac gel.The results of rabbit skin irritation test and Guinea pig skin allergia test make it certain that ATPs is safe for topical administration.

本文利用局部组织活检法考查了大鼠局部应用ATPs后的局部组织分布情况，结果表明药物能在皮肤和肌肉组织中12h维持较高的药物浓度；将所制ATPs与市售双氯芬酸钾凝胶进行了药效学比较，结果表明ATPs的抗炎效果优于英太青；家兔皮肤刺激性试验结果表明，ATPs对完好皮肤无刺激性，对破损皮肤具有轻度刺激；豚鼠过敏性试验结果显示ATPs无致敏性。
