Histochemically, the results indicated that POD activity increased with the growth rate of callus within the same tissue; and lignin deposit density within the cell wall increased with the growth of callus over time, displaying a trend similar to POD activity alteration upon Hg(superscript 2+) imposition; Furthermore, more tracheary elements was observed in the callus tissue subjected to Hg(superscript 2+) than that in control.

Six rats of each group were randomly sacrificed on day 7,14,28 and 42 respectively.The histological changes of lung tissue were studied by HE and Masson's trichrome staining.Hydroxyproline level in lung tissue was measured by digestion method.Protein and mRNA expression of transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1） were assayed by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR respectively.

Presents the microstructure evolution in aluminum a nd copper after deformation by cold rolling in the strain range of 10 to 50%red uction using TEM and points out three types of dislocation structures are typica l and two of them are common for both materials and these two common types are f ound in non-cube grains and can be distinguished by crystallographic orientatio n of dislocation boundaries in the grains and the third type of structure is obs erved in cube grains, and concludes that grain orientation is important in deter mining the structure type but some other metallurgical parameters also have a ro le to play.

ABSTRACT Objective To discuss the clinical pathologic features and differential diagnosis of mixed germ cell sex cord stromal tumorwith malignant variant of germ cell tumor Methods The clinical pathologic datum and immunophenotype were studied in the case of ovary MGCSCST with malignant variance of germ cell tumor Results The patient's genital anatomy and female phenotype were normal,karotypes was 46xx with uterogestation The tumor tissue consisted of mixed germ cells and sex cord stromal cells with evident malignancy of mixed germ cells There was no atypical structure of gonadoblastoma in tumor tissue Conclusion MGCSCSST has complex morphosis,thus,to prevent misdiagnosis,more samples should be collected and more slices be cut The patient may have prognosis malo when there are high malignant variants of mixed germ cells in tumor tissue

目的 探讨混合性生殖细胞性索间质肿瘤(mixed germ cell sex cord stromal tumor，MGCSCST)伴恶性生殖细胞肿瘤变异型的临床病理特点及鉴别诊断。方法卵巢MGCSCST伴恶性生殖细胞肿瘤变异型的病例进行临床病理特征和免疫表型分析。结果患者生殖器的解剖结构和女性表型正常，染色体组型是46xx，足月妊娠。肿瘤组织由混合性生殖细胞和性索间质肿瘤构成，混合性生殖细胞有显著的恶性特征。瘤组织中没有典型的性腺母细胞瘤结构。结论 MGCSCST有复杂的形态结构，因此更多的取材和切片可以防止误诊，当肿瘤组织中的混合性生殖细胞有高度恶性变异时，患者预后不良。卵巢肿瘤；生殖细胞性索间质肿瘤；免疫组织化学

Methods Transplantation of whole or partial free auricle composite tissue was designed in reconstruction of alae nasi.Partial auricle composite tissue transplantation was used in 14 patients,the area of the graft was 1.0cm×1.5cm～1.9cm×2.5cm.

Results ①p53 positive expression rate in cervical carcinomas 85.71%( 30 /35) was significantly higher than that in normal cervixes 6.67%( 2 /30),P= 0.001.②p53 expression is correlated with the differentiation state and pathologic grades.The positive expression rate of p53 in the cervical carcinomas of grades Ⅰ 57.14%(8 /14) was significantly lower than that in the cervical carcinomas of grades Ⅱ 86.67%(13 /15) and grades Ⅲ 100.0%(6 /6),P＜0.05.③The positive rate of PCNA in the cervical carcinoma of grade Ⅰ 64.29% was signifi cantly lower than that in the grade Ⅱ 93.33% and grade Ⅲ 100.0%,P＜0.05.Conclusion Our data indicate that the alteration of p53 is involved in cervical carcinoma.

结果 ①P53蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达率为85.71%(30 /35)，明显高于在正常宫颈组织中的表达率6.67%( 2 /30)，P = 0.001；②P53蛋白阳性表达率与宫颈癌组织的病理学分级有关，P53在宫颈癌Ⅰ级中的阳性表达率57.14%（8 /14）明显低于Ⅱ级86.67%（13/15 和Ⅲ级100.0%(6/6)，P＜0.05；③宫颈癌组织PCNA阳性表达率Ⅰ级64.29％明显低于Ⅱ级93.33％和Ⅲ级100.0%，P＜0.05。
