Furthermore, it points out emphatically that in the development of our country"s Non-profil Organizations, problems such as irregulation of organization registration, weakness of speciality competence, lack of activities expenses, ineffectiveness of serving quality ,are universally exit. In the end of this part, it concludes that the reasaons of all these problems lie in unperfectness of law and legislation system, unlltness and unsmoothness of management and unintegrationof self-regulation.

Take the blood specimen to measure the hepatic and renal function and the tissue biopsy after the active and motive abnormities called toxical manifestation such as posture changes, abnormal sound, uneasiness, quiet, thrill, ataxia, convulsion and so on with toxic dose. Measure the tissue biopsy after death with lethiferous dose. If no toxicity or death occur after the experiment of 12 weeks, measure the hepatic and renal function and the tissue biopsy. There was no rat which had the toxical manifestation such as active or motive abnormities and 3 rats died because of environment or others after the experiment of 12 weeks.

实验中分别测定治疗剂量组小鼠在用药4周，8周，12周后的肝肾功能，并进行组织病理检查；中毒剂量组小鼠在出现行为、动作异常，如改变姿势、叫声异常、不安、安静、震颤、运动失调、惊厥等中毒表现时，取血液标本测定肝肾功能，并进行组织病理检查；致死剂量组小鼠发生死亡后进行组织病理检查；若12周实验结束时无小鼠出现中毒表现或死亡，则取血液标本测定肝肾功能，并进行组织病理检查。12周实验结束时，无小鼠出现动作、行为异常等中毒表现，有3只小鼠因为环境或其它原因发生死亡，病理检查结果正常。

为了进一步了解铍青铜正向挤压制品的组织和性能，分析了铍青铜挤压铸锭组织的不均匀性、挤压棒材淬火后的粗晶环组织、以及挤压棒材的层状组织；同时对挤压棒材力学性能的不均匀性和挤压效应进行了分析。

The present study employed synchrotron-based infrared microspectroscopy to establish the correlation of kinetic physisorption between wax molecules and oral cavity cells/ tissues for diagnosing oral cavity cancer. From 1982 to 1988, 14 cases (8 females and 6 males) with granular myringitis had been operated under local anesthesia, and used an operation microscope to remove all the granulation tissue which existed over the ear drums. After we had removed the granulation tissue over the ear durms, we had performed free ear canal skin autograft for 8 cases – group A, and we had performed temporalis fascia with free ear canal skin autograft for 4 cases (small perforation was made by accident during the surgery due to large granulated area,﹥50%)– group B, but we had covered silastic sheet over the denuded drum surface for the other 2 cases –group C.

14例肉芽性鼓膜炎为自民国71年至77年间的住院手术病人，皆在耳局部麻醉后，於显微镜下刮除鼓膜上所有肉芽组织，其中8例於刮除鼓膜上所有肉芽组织后有移植外耳道的皮肤－A组，另外4例则因鼓膜上肉芽组织范围大於50%以上，致手术中意外地造成鼓膜小穿孔，需立刻加铺颞肌膜后，再移植外耳道的皮肤－B组，其余2例则只在刮除鼓膜上的肉芽组织后，直接铺上一块矽胶片－C组。

No callus could be induced from leaf or petiole explants of varieties F30 and Ⅱ cultured on MS medium if supplemented alone with 6-bezyladenine （6-BA） or thidiazuron, or kinetin. However, the calli were induced on MS medium containing 2.0 mg L-1 6-BA and 0.5 mg L-1 NAA （α-naphthaleneacetic acid）, and the calli derived from petioles of variety Ⅱ could produce redifferentiated shoots, but of variety F30 could not. The later could only produce shoots directly from the base of the petioles.

将品种F30和Ⅱ的叶片和带叶叶柄接种到含不同浓度单一细胞分裂素（6-BA、TDZ、KT）的MS培养基上培养，均未能诱导出愈伤组织，而在含2.0mgL-1 6-BA＋0.5mgL-1 NAA的培养基上可以诱导出愈伤组织，且由品种Ⅱ叶柄诱导产生的愈伤组织可再分化出芽，品种F30诱导的愈伤组织却不能分化，但在其叶柄基部可直接出芽。

The results indicated that the osteogenetic ability of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group at the same time point, and the neogenetic bone increased along with the prolongation of the implantation time.

结果：实验组4周和8周移植物组织块ALP活性分别为(63.48±0.873)和(69.527±0.635)IU/L，移植物组织块成骨含量分析分别为(2.50±0.38)和(4.70±0.67)分，对照组4周和8周移植物组织块ALP活性分别为(2.50±0.38)和(4.70±0.67)IU/L，移植物组织块成骨含量分析分别为(1.90±0.54)和(3.40±0.54)分，表明，实验组在同时间点的成骨能力显著高于对照组，并随植入时间的延长，新骨形成增多。

Methods A total of 53 SRE specimens and 8 nomal nephridial tissues were obtained. Immunohistochemistry method was used to test protein expression of survivin. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR was used to measure survivin mRNA levels.

收集53例肾透明细胞癌组织及8例正常肾组织，以免疫组织化学方法检测survivin蛋白表达；半定量RT-PCR方法，检测肾透明细胞癌中survivin mRNA表达水平，与正常肾组织进行比较分析。

The results showed that ACP positive reactions were mainly deposited in lysosome, nucellar cell, cellular endomembrane, mitochondriurn, and endoplasmic reticulum in four tissues of the healthy shrimp. Furthermore, ACP activity was located in microvilli, and around partly lipid droplet in liver. AKP positive reactions were mainly deposited in cell membrane, nucellar cell, lysosome. endoplasmic reticulum and cellular endomembrane in four tissues.

结果显示，在健康的对虾体内，ACP依次出现在各组织中的溶酶体、细胞核、细胞内膜、线粒体、内质网以及肝脏组织中的部分脂滴周围及微绒毛中AKP依次出现在各组织中的细胞膜、细胞核、溶酶体、内质网以及肝脏组织中的脂滴周围及微绒毛中。
