Over the past decade, China scholars on the topic of organized crime more research, in the same period and other countries or regions of organized crime carried out a series of comparison. However, for the definition of organized crime still have differences of the characteristics of organized crime-related research is not very good, to the development of organized crime continues to actively explore. From the economic and social interests level policy perspective, the study of organized crime has not gone far enough. This article is from several areas to conduct in-depth research, to seek to organized crime control strategies contribution to the progress of a force.

近十年来，我国学者对有组织犯罪的专题研究较多，对同一时期与其他国家或地区的有组织犯罪问题进行了一系列的比较，但是对有组织犯罪的定义仍存有分歧，对有组织犯罪特性的有关研究并不十分充分，对有组织犯罪的发展趋势仍在积极探索，从经济利益层面和社会政策层面探讨有组织犯罪的研究仍未足够深入，本文试从这几个方面进行深入的研究，以寻求对有组织犯罪防治对策研究的进展贡献一份力量。

The disorder contained can only cause the complexity in the organization, disorder outside organization has the influence to organization complexity, but it cannot cause the organization the complexity, only if it is absorbed and in the organization, can the disorder constitute the complexity; all nature of the complexity is produced because of the disorder in the organization, if there is no the disorder, the organization has no nature such as fortuitousness, randomness, multiplicity and non-linearity, and it is impossible to appear the perturbation, the fluctuation, emerges with phenomenon such as branch, and cannot change suddenly and evolve.

无序只有包含于组织中才能够导致复杂性，组织外的无序对组织的复杂性产生影响，但它不能导致组织的复杂性，只有被组织吸收，成为组织内的无序，才能构成复杂性。复杂性的所有性质都因包含于组织中的无序而产生。没有无序，组织就没有偶然性、随机性、多样性和非线性等性质，就不可能出现扰动、涨落、涌现和分岔等现象，就不能突变和进化。

The palisade tissue cells of common type were 2 layers, while those of spur-type and columnar type were 3 or 4 layers. The ratio of palisade tissue and spongy tissue of common type was less than 1, and that of spur type and columnar type was more than 1. Moreover, the number of palisade tissue cell layers and the ratio of P/S were increased with the dwarfing degrees.

To understand the current situation of retail employee's organizational identity,their evaluation on organizational culture and the relationship between them,we analyzed the data on SPSS13.0,using one-way ANOVA and Pearson Correlation. Conclusions of this study are as follows:First of all,through the Pearson Correlation analysis, we found the correlation between organizational culture and organizational identity is very remarkable except for adaptability and mission aspects of organizational culture with flectional ascription of organizational identity,which showed no significant negative correlation.Retail enterprises organizational culture influents employee's organizational identity.

本研究结论如下：第一，有关组织文化与员工组织认同相关关系的研究结果显示：除了组织文化的适应性和使命感维度与组织认同的情感归属维度呈不显著的负相关外，其他组织文化和组织认同的各个维度之间都呈显著(P＜0.05)或非常显著(P＜0.01)的正相关；回归分析结果显著零售企业组织文化的对其员工组织认同的四个方面都有非常显著的正向影响，即零售企业组织文化会影响员工对企业的认同感。

In the present paper, the Sox gene expression analysis of different tissues from the Trionyx sinensis was studied by using RTPCR, and Sox gene fragments of expression from the testicle, brain and spleen were cloned using RTPCR products. The results show that Sox gene has specific expression in the testicle, brain, spleen, cardiac muscle and kindney and hasn't expression in muscle, liver and ovary. The results of clone reveal that the Sox genes of expression in the testicle are TSSox1 and TSSox 4, and those are TSSox2 and TSSox4 in the brain, and that is TSSox4 in the spleen. This suggests that the Sox gene act important role not only on the sex determination, but also on the development of neural system, immunocyte system and the differentiattion of male germ cell.

本文采用RT—PCR技术，研究了中华鳖不同组织Sox基因的表达，并通过PCR直接克隆法，分析了来自睾丸、脑和脾组织中的Sox基因序列结果表明在中华鳖的成体组织中，Sox基因在脑、心肌、肾、脾和雄性的睾丸组织中均有不同程度的表达，而在肌肉、肝脏和雌性的卵巢中则无表达，显示该基因具有组织表达特异性克隆分析显示，在睾丸组织中表达的是TSSox1和TSSox4基因，而在脑组织中表达的是TSSox2和TSSox4基因，脾组织中表达的是TSSox4基因此结果表明Sox基因不仅在性别决定中起作用，还可能在神经系统、免疫系统多种组织中起重要作用

The dimensions used to measure business performance are: strategic business performance, service process improvement, service capacity, and employee satisfaction. The results indicate that CRM climate has significantly impact both on relationship quality and business performance. Among the CRM climate components, the organization management mechanism/HRM and the application domain of IT/IS play the main role in influencing the relationship quality and business performance. The link between organization management mechanism/HRM and trust is particularly strong. There also exists a prediction model between trust and business performance. It implies that trust is a very likely intermediating factor between CRM climate and business performance.

本研究除探讨CRM气候对关系品质、组织绩效之影响关系外，更以关系品质为组织绩效之预测变数；而研究结果发现：（1）CRM气候会正向影响关系品质、组织绩效，而关系品质亦会正向影响组织绩效，表示落实CRM气候确实能协助企业改善关系品质、提升组织绩效；（2）主要影响关系品质与组织绩效的CRM气候构面为「组织制度与人事」以及「资讯应用」（3）CRM气候会正向影响「信任」，且以「组织制度与人事」的解释能力最大；同时，「信任」亦正向影响整体组织绩效，显示「信任」为重要之关系品质因素。
