组织

The government organs are the organization that the government set up in order to pursue the government affairs and public affairs. The characteristics of the government organs belong to the category of histology. The thesis focuses on the structural characteristics of the government organs and the characteristics of sense of organization of the government organs. attempts to investigate the government organs with the relevant theories of histology,makes analysis to the variable factor influencing reform in government organization in term of organizing and proposes the self-opinion of the long-term orientation of administrative structure reform .

政府机构是政府推行政务和公共事务而设立的组织，其特征属于组织学的范畴，论文着眼于政府机构的结构性和组织性特征，试图用组织学中的相关理论考察政府机构，从组织的角度对影响政府机构改革的变量因素做出分析性研究并提出机构改革长远取向的自我理解。

With western blot analysis and DNA polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism assay,protein product of Rb gene and mutation in exon 5～8 of P_(53) gene were examined in 17 cases of human testicular seminoma.

采用Western印迹和DNA聚合酶链反应－单股构造多态性分析法对17例人睾丸精原细胞瘤组织标本的抗癌基因Rb表达的蛋白产物和P_（53）基因外显子5～8的突变进行检测，发现有3例标本的Rb基因表达的蛋白产物缺失，有4例标本的P_（53）基因有点突变，对照的正常人睾丸组织和视网膜组织均呈Rb基因蛋白产物表达阳性，对照的正常人睾丸组织中未发现P_（53）基因突变。

Results: In contrast to negative expression in normal oral mucosa, survivin was expressed in 42 of 50 (84%) cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma samples. There was no significant correlation between survivin expression and age and sex. In squamous cell carcinoma tissues, the expression of Survivin gene stepped up following malignant degree, but the positive rate of Survivin was not statistically significant.

结果：Survivin蛋白在10例正常口腔粘膜组织中呈阴性，而在50例口腔鳞癌组织中有42例阳性，占84%，差异有极显著性(P.01)；COX-2蛋白在10例正常口腔粘膜组织中呈阴性，但在口腔鳞癌组织中的阳性率为86%(43/50)，差异有极显著性(P.01)；Survivin蛋白阳性率与年龄和性别无相关性，而与COX-2蛋白表达阳性呈正相关(P.05)。

It has been found that there are some texture flaws such as large grain、badly distorted twin and streaky structure. But recrystallization grains ofaround 19μm in diameter on average are obtainable through heat treatment at300℃for 30min by air-cooling, meanwhile the twin and streaky structurethat would weaken the plasticity of alloy are eliminated; significant elementsare holding temperature、holding time、cool-down methods. 研究结果表明：挤压成型的AZ31镁合金管材组织中存在变形程度很大的孪晶、大尺寸晶粒、丧失了进一步变形能力的条带状组织等易导致后续塑性加工时变形不均，引起断裂的组织缺陷；采用最佳等温热处理工艺以20℃／min加热至300℃保温30min后空冷处理可以使试样平均晶粒直径从挤压态的50μm细化为19μm，同时基本消除上述组织缺陷；明显影响热处理效果的因素为保温温度、保温时间、冷却方式；室温下，采用最佳工艺热处理前后管材弧形试样的单向拉伸伸长率由10.8％提高至20.1％，管件的自由胀形极限伸长率由8.0％提高至14.9％。

The RNA in situ hybridization experiments revealed that MOC1 was initially expressed in a few epidermal or subepidermal cells in the leaf axil prior to the formation of axillary meristem.
