Results:Among the 28 paired gastric samples,20 showed higher expression level in tumors than in normal surrounding tissues and 8 cases showed equal or lower levels in the tumors.

结果表明：3mg/LBA对分化有利；继代培养基中加入3mg/LABA，以麦芽糖代替蔗糖，或以甘露醇代替部分蔗糖在一定程度上可以改善愈伤组织状态，提高分化率；干燥处理能明显提高愈伤组织分化率；分化培养中添加一定浓度的AgNO3和CuSO4有利于愈伤组织分化。借助农杆菌介导bar基因和CPTI基因对水稻进行遗传转化，获得2块抗性愈伤组织和15棵再生苗。

Methods In this study,a plasmid vector,rAd5,and rAAV2 were used to transfect rat cochlear marginal cells of stria vascularis by injection into the perilymph through the round window membrane,and the transfection efficiency, target tissue accessibility, cell/ tissue toxicity, time course of expression, and effect on hearing were evaluated in vivo and in vitro.

The ultimate aim of periodontal treatment is periodontal regeneration or forming new attachment apparatus which is one of the hotspot of periodontology. Tissue engineering has been introduced into the field of periodontology, which contribute a new vista to periodontal regeneration. One of the important parts of tissue engineering is finding proper seeded cells.

牙周治疗的最终目标是牙周组织的完全再生和形成牙周新附着，因牙周病而丧失的牙周组织，其修复与重建的难度很大，传统的牙周治疗和引导性组织再生技术虽取得一定的临床效果，但总的看来，尚不能达到牙周组织完全再生的目的。

This provides research value which could be effective government for our industry organizations involved in policy process orderly.

本文认为，通过分析行业组织如何利用政策网络关系，表达自身利益诉求，以在公共政策制定中得到体现和满足，以其作为社会行动者的角色、地位、功能在政策过程中得到国家和公民的认可并发挥作用事关如何规范性的发展社会中介组织，而在政策网络中建立行业组织与政府间合作与互动的机制关系，政策制定与执行有可能达到一种社会活动主体认可的理想状态，这为我国行业组织有序参与政策过程，提供了可以达到有效政府过程的研究价值。

It is shown that Mn and Ti had refined the microstructure,and formed to precipitation affluent of Mn or Ti ,which approved the performance of the Shape Memory Alloy.For a certain strain,the shape memory effect vayied functionly together with the aging time:alloy performance the best coorperative status that the martensite lathing was close and ordered,the precipitation rich of Mn and Ti dispersed orderly in the microstructure and little or even no eutectoid phase had precipited in the alloy ,in a special aging temperature and time. With the prolonger of the aging time,the different aging time affects the microstructure rulely.

结果表明：Cu-Al-X系形状记忆合金中，Mn和Ti的加入细化了组织，并且形成了富Mn和富Ti相，起到沉淀强化和弥散强化的作用；对于同一种变形量，合金在母相时效时，形状记忆效应随时效保温时间呈现规律性变化，不同时效温度下，合金对应一个不同的时效时间，此时合金的显微组织呈现最佳自协作状态，马氏体板条细密有序，富Ti和Al相均匀的弥散在组织中，合金中没有或很少有共析相出现，且随着时效时间的延长，在不同的特定温度下，Cu-24Al-3Mn-2Ti合金的组织会有规律性的变化。
