Aiming at realizing monitoring of tyre capsule vulcanizer operating process, a masterslave control system was composed of configuration software and Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC. PLC was taken as lower machine to operating process of tyre capsule vulcanizer. Configuration software monitored the running state of tyre capsule vulcanizer realtimely, showed data in real time and recorded data in upper machine.

为实现对轮胎胶囊硫化机的工作过程的控制，采用组态软件和三菱FX2N系列PLC组成上、下位机系统，PLC作为下位机对轮胎胶囊硫化机的工作顺序实现控制，利用组态软件对胶囊硫化机的工作状态实行实时监控，实现数据动态显示、存储、报表等功能。

The main conclusions are as follows:The vitellin of Chrysopa septempunctata was extracted with 0.4mol/L NaCl and then precipitated in cold distilled water.
