The result indicated that 237 combinations amplified a total of 13 079 AFLP fragments with an average of 55 fragments, the average of 1.30 markers per 1 000 AFLP fragments were found to be linked to clubroot resistant gene; the amplified polymorphic fragments were 3 167 between the two parents, account for 24 percent of polymorphic frequency; the number of amplified fragments and the number of polymorphic fragments was in positive linear correlation; GC content of AFLP primer combinations significantly affects the number of amplified fragments and the number of polymorphic fragments, indicating negative linear correlation between them.

结果表明：平均每个组合检测到55条带，共扩增13079条带，平均每1000条带检测到1.30个根肿病抗性基因连锁标记；多态性带数为3167条，双亲间多态性频率约为0.24；扩增带数与多态性带数呈线性正相关，引物组合中的不同GC含量与扩增带数和多态性带数存在显著性差异，并表现出线性负相关。

The first part discusses about the effects of the five factors:temperature,relative air moisture,rate of frass sifting,density of larvae,fodder water percentage to growth speed and survival rate of older mealworm (Tenebrio molitor L.) larvae through rotational composite design of quadratic regression. Two models were established to describe the effects of the five factors. The models showed that percentage of fodder water is the major factor that has effect on the growing speed of T. molitor larvae,and fodder water is the major factor on death rate. The models also show that temperature on growth speed,temperature and fodder have important effects on death rate,and the significant test showed they have significant difference on 1% or 5% level. From the two models,by frequency analysis,we can get the optimizing rearing condition,in which the mealworm larvae overweight 10% per day,temperature is 25-26 ,frass sifting rate is once 2-4 days,density of larvae is 0.61-0.79 g/cm2,fodder water is 33.27%-39.71%. To analyze the response of pavement structure under moving loading, a quarter vehicle model with single freedom degree and unevenness model are established. The dynamic loads are calculated through combining different pavement conditions and speed. When the incentive frequency which is passed to vehicles by the road is close to its own vibration frequency, vehicles will produce the greatest dynamic load.

为了分析路面结构在行车动荷载作用下的力学响应，建立了单自由度1/4车辆模型和以正弦曲线模拟路面不平整度的模型，通过将不同路面状况和行车速度的组合，分析车辆在各情形下所产生的动荷载，发现路面传给车辆的激励振动频率接近车辆自身振动频率时，车辆对路面产生的动荷载值最大。

Then,we improve CSFP Model in two aspects:when we ascertain the frequency of default,we use negative binomial distribution to substitute Poisson distribution so that the model can measure the data better;when we ascertain the loss distribution of default,we use Γ-distribution to substitute normal distribution.

Then we established the 3D model of specially composite boring tool base on SolidWorks.And we used COSMOSWorks that a plug-in of SolidWorks which a software of FEA to maked static analysis and frequency analysis with this 3D model.
