首先对其末端执行器的径向直线伸缩运动展开分析，得出了实现该运动的必要条件，并采用两组行星轮系与连杆机构的组合形式来实现末端执行器的运动，此外还对该机构进行了运动学和动力学分析，为电机的选择以及控制净化机器人的动态性能和静态特性提供理论基础。

In this paper, introducing service marketing strategy request is raised surrounding enterprise total strategy before analyzed the industry of XG company, market and technical circumstances. First, according to the XG company realistic situation and depending on the theory of service marketing, it is built that the XG company customer service marketing strategy, which takes customer as service center. Second, analyzed the producing reasons of different service quality in XG company and solved remediable measure of the gap. Finally, build a better relationship to the customer and enhance the quality of marketing team so that guarantee to carry out XG company service marketing strategy.

In this paper, aiming at the extraction of Sargassum fusiorme polysaccharide, experiment factors and levels were firstly selected by one-factor tests. Next, on the basis of this and according to the Box-Benhnken center-united experimental design principles, the method of response surface analysis with 3 factors and 3 levels was adopted.

针对羊栖菜多糖的提取，通过单因素实验选取实验因素与水平，根据Box Benhnken的中心组合实验设计原理，在单因素试验的基础上采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法，依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因子，以多糖提取率为响应值作响应面和等值线图。

Three different populations of diploid potato were employed to study chip color in this experiment. Seven different processing traits among the three populations were analyzed. According to a certain program of chip processing, all genotypes in three populations were evaluated strictly on their chip colors. The molecular markers of chip color genes were studied with the method of Bulked Segregant Analysis.

The results showed that different southernwood cultivars displayed different artemisinin contents, especially, the artemisinin contents of planting cultivars and the cultivars with coloured stem were higher. Further AFLP analysis indicated that a specific fragment was amplified respectively with the primers of EA04-MC05 and EA01-MC01. According to the differentia fragments, we clustering analyzed the 10 major kinds of southernwoods by utilizing WPGMA approach. However, there was no distinctly relativity between the artemisinin contents and diversity of AFLP analysis and just can distinguish, southernwood of Youyang county from Shapingba and Beipo in producing area which still illuminated that the heredity differentia of southernwood presented itself obviously in different area.

研究结果表明：不同的青蒿株系青蒿素含量不同，栽培株系和色茎株系青蒿素含量较高；进一步的AFLP分析表明引物组合EA04-MC05和EA01-MC01分别在高产青蒿株系和茎色青蒿株系中均能扩增出一条特异性条带；根据AFLP差异带，用WPGMA法对10个主要青蒿类型进行聚类分析，结果没有得到与青蒿素含量的明确关联，只是从产地上将酉阳青蒿与北碚、沙坪坝青蒿区分，说明不同地区青蒿的遗传差异较大。
