The preoperation diameter of ascending aorta was taken as baseline. Patients were divided according to its baseline aortic diameter into diameter0 mm group and diameter≥40 mm group, furthermore, the patients were also divided according to echocardiographic findings into bicuspid aortic valve group and tricuspid aortic valve group.

以术前升主动脉直径为基础值，按基础值的大小分为直径﹤40mm组和直径≥40mm组，并按主动脉瓣形态分为二叶主动脉瓣组和三叶主动脉瓣组。

Results Four patients had shortly ventricular extrasystole, ST segment depress and T wave inversion in groupⅠ; the parameter values kept statistically stabilization in group Ⅲ compared with groupⅠand groupⅡ.

结果：Ⅰ组插管后即刻、插管后2 min的SBP、HR和RPP值均显著高于雾化前基础值(P＜0.01)，SBP在插管后5 min仍高于基础值(P＜0.05)。Ⅱ组插管后即刻SBP、HR和RPP与基础值比较明显增高(P＜0.01或P＜0.05)。

Measure the result as follows: Ra(Surface roughness of steel ball)=0.015 u m, wavmess=0.06 um,△Sph=0.010 u m, VDWL=0.015 u m. The flocculus steel balls measured were assembled in Luoyang Precise Bearings Company. The results show that the bearing vibration values reached Z2 group near 98%, the bearing vibration values with new technique balls tower above sixty percentile than grindtechnics.

然后对加工出的"绒面"钢球在洛阳轴承集团进行了合套测振试验，测振试验结果表明：振动值达到Z2组的比例达到98％，比用研磨工艺制得的钢球合套后测得的振动值数据高出60个百分点；振动值达到Z3组的比例高达到83～97％，比用研磨工艺制得的钢球合套后测得的振动值数据高出77～90个百分点。

The threshold and latency of CDM-CEP was 85±3.54 dB and 6.59±0.41s in normal control group,90±5.0 dB and 6.68±0.31 s in artificial perilymph group,but could not induce CDM-CEP at 120dB level still in neomycin group.

In noise-exposed ears, the occurrence of threshold changes in the high frequency range (10 to 20 kHz) is earlier than that in the low frequency range (0.5 to 6 kHz).

接触噪声的各年龄组10～18 kHz阈值随年龄的增长而升高；不同工龄组比较，6～10年工龄组的10～18 kHz阈值明显升高；不同噪声强度组的10～20 kHz阈值比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。

Results: Of the slight keratoconus group: the above indexes significantly decreased(P＜0.05). Of the moderate group: the above indexes, except for the apex decentration distance significantly decreased at 12 months and more evidently at 18 months. Of the severe group, the K value significantly decreased at 12 months and other figures remained unchanged. However, all the indexes significantly decreased except that the apex decentration distance remained unchanged at 18 months.

结果：轻度组，配戴RGPCL后角膜散光、锥顶K值、锥顶偏心距离、SRI、SAI较配戴前均有显著性降低（P＜0.05）；中度组，除12个月时锥顶偏心距离、角膜散光值较配戴前无显著变化外，其他各项参数亦有明显降低，18个月时下降更为明显；重度组，12个月时除锥顶K值显著减小外，其他参数变化不大，18个月时除锥顶偏心距离的变化不显著外，其他参数显著降低。

Results: The rate of abnormal increase of telomerase activity was 75.71%, pos itive rate of telomerase was 31.41%,OD value was 388.21(×10-3) in hypertension group（70 cases） were significantly increase (P＜0.01,＜0.0 5,＜0.01),comp ared with 47 cases' normal group(RAITA was 31.79%,PRT was 6.38%,OD value was 7 0.7).The difference of RAITA was not significance (P＞0.05) between aged h ypertension group (73.68%) and normal group(52.63%),the difference of RAITA w as significance (P＜0.05) between adult(age＜60) hypertension group (7 5.00%) and normal group(17.81%). The difference of RAITA、PRT was no signific ance among 2 groups of hypertension, and was significanceP＜0.05）among 2 g roups of normal.

结果：高血压病组（70例）端粒酶活性异常增高率（75.71%），阳性率（31.41%），OD值［388.21(×10-3)］分别明显高于正常组（47例）的 31.79%、 6.38%、70.7( P＜0.01，＜0.05，＜0.01)；老年高血压组的端粒酶活性异常增高率(73.68%)与正常同年龄组的52.63%比无明显差异，但成年（＜60岁）高血压组的端粒酶活性异常增高率(75.00%)较正常组的17.81%明显增加(P＜0.05)；高血压2个年龄组的端粒酶活性异常增高率、阳性率、OD值无明显差异，但正常人2年龄组这些参数有明显差异（P＜0.05）。

Objective:to primarily find out the effect about luteolin rivalizing ototoxicity of gentamicin.methods: in this experimental study,gentamicin group was compared to the group of gentamicin with different dose of luteolin (10 mg,20 mg).the changes in hearing and vestibule function were discovered by measuring the threshold of abr and the frequency of eng.the method of cochlear preparation stained with sdh was used to observe morphological changes in cochleas.results: the auditory examination results showed that the thresholds of the group of gentamicin with different dose of luteolin were higher than the one of the gentamicin group,and the difference was significant in statistics.the morphology analysis result was consistent with auditory examination.

目的：初步了解木樨草素对庆大霉素耳毒性的影响。方法：设庆大霉素组与庆大霉素加不同剂量木樨草素（10 mg、20 mg）两组，并进行组间比较，观察听性脑干反应阈值、眼震电图的频率，了解其听功能及前庭功能的变化。结合耳蜗基底膜铺片琥珀酸脱氢酶染色方法观察耳蜗形态学变化。结果：听功能检查结果显示，庆大霉素加不同剂量木樨草素组的abr阈值明显低于庆大霉素组，经统计学处理，差异有显著性。形态学检查结果与听功能检查结果一致。
