In this paper, thereare four sections. In the first section, we introduce the basic theory. Inthe second section, we give out the recent main results of multivariateLagrange interpolation. In the third section, we get some theories ofno posed set of nodes from a kind of recursive method of constructingposed set of nodes for bivariate Lagrange interpolation, and we get akind of abnormal posed set of nodes for interpolation form the reversethought of that theory.

本文共分为四章，第一章介绍了有关多元插值的基本理论和方法，第二章讲述了有关多元Lagrange插值和多元切触插值的近期主要结果，第三章我们从有关适定结点组的添加曲线法考虑，得到了一些有关Lagrange插值不适定的结论，并从该结论的反方向思考，得到了一种非常规型插值适定结点组。

Results On day 7, 15, 30 after injection with exogenous VEGF, the mice in VEGF group were found more renascent blood vessels, splenic corpuscles, central arteries and peripheral lymphatic sheathes in the autotransplanted splenic tissues than the control group, and eventually formed more integral structure of white pulp, marginal zone and red pulp with much less fibrous tissue, while on day 60 there was no significant difference between VEGF group and the control group.

结果术后7、15、30 d注射VEGF组注射VEGF后较对照组的血管数量明显增多；术后60 d注射VEGF组注射VEGF后与对照组各时相点的组织学特征没有明显差别；术后7、15、30 d注射VEGF组KDR面积密度值高于对照组，术后60 d注射VEGF组 KDR面密度值与对照组比较无显著差别；术后7、15、30 d注射 KDR mRNA表达阳性细胞密度高于对照组，术后60 d注射VEGF组 KDR mRNA表达阳性细胞密度与对照组比较没有明显差异。

Metholds 236 patients were performed penetrating keratoplasty, in which laser trephination technique was applied. Patients were assigned to four groups:(0) K0D, regular mire;(1) K60, moderately irregular mire;(3) severe irregular, immeasurable mire based on the keratometry value and mires measured with semi-quantitative Ophthalmometer (Type-H, 190071 Zeiss, Jena, Germany).

回顾分析了236例圆锥角膜使用激光环钻技术进行的穿透性角膜移植手术手术，使用角膜曲率计(Ophthalmometer， Type-H， 190071 Zeiss， Jena， Germany)对手术前后的角膜规则程度进行检测，并结合所测出的角膜曲率值和角膜映光图像分成4组：(0)规则组，K0D；(1)轻度不规则组，K0；(2)中度不规则组，K≥60；(3)重度不规则组，K值不能读出，共4组。

Results (1)CIMT and FIMT in CHD group were significantly higer than those in non-CHD group(p＜0.05), The detection rate of plaques in CHD group was significantly higer than those in non-CHD group(p＜0.05);(2) The sensitivity of carotid and femoral atherosclerosis plaques in young CHD patients was 62% and 57%. The specificity was 90% and 86%. The positive predictive value of carotid and femoral atherosclerosis plaques in young CHD patients was 92% and 88%. The negative predictive value was 58% and 53%. The predictive value of combinant measurement of carotid and femoral atherosclerosis plaques was not improved.

结果 （1）冠心病组CIMT、FIMT与非冠心病组比较，前者均高于后者（p＜0.05）；冠心病组颈动脉、股动脉粥样硬化斑块检出率均明显高于非冠心病组（p＜0.05）；（2）颈动脉、股动脉粥样硬化斑块预测年轻冠心病的敏感性分别为62%、57%，特异性为90%、86%，阳性预测值分别为92%、88%，阴性预测值为58%、53%；颈动脉、股动脉联合检测未见明显提高预测值。

Compared with control,①the mean tumor weight of H22 of SXKA Granules three dose groups were decreased significantly(P.01,P.05),and the mean inhibition rates of SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups were above 30%;②the mean tumor weight of S180 of SXKA Granules three dose groups were decreased significantly(P.01),and the mean inhibition rates of SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups were above 32%;③the mean tumor weight of EAC of SXKA Granules three dose groups were decreased significantly ( P.01, P.05),and the mean inhibition rates of SXKA Granules 20 g/kg dose groups were above 38%;④the mean tumor weight of Lewis carcinoma of SXKA Granules three dose groups were decreased significantly(P.01, P.05),and the mean inhibition rates of SXKA Granules 20、10、5 g/kg dose groups were above 36%;⑤the mean tumor weight of W256 of SXKA Granules three dose groups were decreased significantly ( P.01, P.05),and the mean inhibition rates of SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups were above 32%;⑵Compared with control,SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups had extended the survial time of the P388-bearing mice respectively(P.01),and the mean prolong rates of SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups were above 50%;⑶Compared with S180-bearing group, SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups could increase the weight of thymus and spleen, Spleen index and thymus index were increased, SXKA Granules 5 g/kg dose group could increase thymus index(P.05);⑷As Compared with control group, SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups could improve mouse serum half hemolysis value depressed by transplanted tumor dramatically(P.01), which revealed the SXKA granules could improve the mouse humoral immunity system;⑸SXKA Granules 20 g/kg dose group could increase of englobe indexαon S180-bearing mice remarkably(P.01), which indicated the SXKA Granules could improve their cellular immunity system.

对荷W256大鼠，生兴克癌冲剂20、10、5 g / kg三组的平均瘤重明显低于对照组(P.01，P.05)，生兴克癌冲剂20、10 g / kg组的平均肿瘤抑制率均大于32 %；⑵与空白对照组相比，生兴克癌冲剂20、10 g/ kg能显著地延长移植小鼠白血病P388小鼠的存活天数(P.01)，生兴克癌冲剂20、10 g/ kg对荷白血病P388小鼠生命延长率均在50%以上；⑶与S180荷瘤组相比，生兴克癌冲剂对荷瘤鼠的免疫器官重量、胸腺指数和脾指数有一定的提高趋势，其中生兴克癌冲剂5 g / kg组对荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数有一定的提高作用(P.05)；⑷与S180荷瘤组相比，生兴克癌冲剂20、10 g /kg组可提高由荷瘤引起的小鼠血清半数溶血素值的降低(P.01)，表明其可提高荷瘤小鼠体液免疫功能；⑸与对照组相比，生兴克癌冲剂20 g /kg组可提高荷S180肉瘤小鼠的免疫吞噬系数α值(P.01)，表明其可提高荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫功能。

结果：观察者内和观察者间各视盘参数的ICC值均较高，分别为，正常人组0.811～0.998和0.724～0.963，青光眼组0.803～0.996和0.637～0.897，其中观察者间各视盘参数测量的ICC值在正常人组和青光眼组差异有显著性(P=0.000)，ICC值在&二维&视盘参数、&三维&视盘参数及&与视网膜神经纤维层相关的&视盘参数呈递减分布。

There was a good correlation between Ptw,AVCtw,MVOtw,PTV,PUV,UntwR and age.2.Assessment of left ventricular twisting and untwisting of DCM patients19 DCM patients(range 18-80 yr,mean age 50.52±17.52 yr,2 females) and 21 age- and sex-matched normal controls(range18-80 yr,mean age 49.05±16.94 yr,5 females) were enrolled into this study.Then DCM patients were divided into two groups:E/A＜2 group and E/A＞2 group.The routine echo showed the left ventricle dilated and EF decreased.The results show that LV rotation degree, rotation velocity at baseline and apex were irregular changeable with the cardiac cycle;the rotation direction was clockwise at the base and counterclockwise at the apex,and are combined to yield a systolic counterclockwise twisting as seen from the apex,but the rotation at the basal and apex were the same direction in some patients.

扩心病患者左室扭转及解旋特征的研究选择扩张型心肌病(Dilated Cardiomyopathy，DCM)组患者19例(男性17例，女性2例，年龄18～82岁，平均50.52±17.52岁)，健康体检者21例(男性16例，女性5例，年龄18～80岁，平均49.05±16.94岁)作为对照组，扩心病患者按照E/A分为E/A＜2、E/A＞2两个亚组，结果显示：常规超声显示DCM组LVDd值增大，EF值减小；DCM患者左室心底部与心尖部心肌旋转角度、旋转速度随心动周期变化曲线明显紊乱；与正常组比较，DCM患者左室整体扭转角度和速度分别为(6.49±1.82)°、(67.84±15.60)°/s，较正常人显著减低P＜0.01左室舒张末及收缩末扭转角度DCM患者较正常人显著减低(P＜0.01，左室舒张末及收缩末时间在DCM-E/A＞2组较正常人及DCM-E/A＜2组显著缩短P＜0.01DCM患者左室解旋速度较正常人亦显著减低(P＜0.01，左室功能轻中度减低(DCM-E/A＜2)患者解旋率[(0.29±0.07)%]较正常人[(0.42±0.11)%]明显减低，但当左室功能重度减低(DCM-E/A＞2)时左室解旋率[(0.63±0.35)%]较正常人反而增加；左室整体扭转角度、舒张末扭转角度、收缩末扭转角度、解旋与左室射血分数未见明显相关性。3。

The G value and the B value are lower of tongue color in the Lung Cancer victims, R, H values with no significant difference with the normal group. The R value and the G value are lower of sublingual venae color in the Lung Cancer and gradually downward as the disease develops. B values with no significant difference with the normal group, H value higher.

4肺癌患者舌色的G值和B值较低，R、H值则与正常组无明显差异；舌下络脉颜色的R值、G值较低，并随着病情的进展呈逐渐下降的趋势，B值和正常组无明显差异，H值较高。

Interlayer oxidized zone can be divided accurately by Fe_2O_3, Fe_2O_3/FeO and U parameters. We can correct the field macroscopic color zoning by combining the macroscopic zoning and microscopic zoning. Univalent major elements components(Al_2O_3, SiO_2, K_2O, Na_2O) show remarkable activity at the process of interlayer oxidizing, their contents are variable and mingled in different zones and it can't be used in zoning. But we can speculate the developmental degree of interlayer oxidized zone and uranium mineralization according to the concentration trends and variation characteristics of sensitivity group, activity group and their ratios .(3)The comparatively steady elements such as lithiphile elements, sulfophile elements and high field strength elements change regularly at the process of interlayer oxidation except some radioactive elements. Trace elements and rare earth elements commonly enrich in thin rock clast such as mudstone, in which the enriched elements species are more than those in the whole rock, which indicate that the regeneration action in caulking matter are more deep than that in whole rock at the process of interlayer oxidation, and the reallocate intention of trace elements in main minerlized rock in Tuha basin are more intensive than that in Yili basin at the process of deposition ,diagenesis and later changes .

根据化学蚀变参数PC值和分离迁移位等将常量元素组分分为敏感组分组、活动组分组、次活动组分组和惰性组分组，不同组分可分别用于讨论层间氧化带低温地球化学中不同问题；敏感组分(变价元素组分Fe_2O_3、FeO)和U在层间氧化带中迁移富集规律明显，Fe_2O_3／FeOFe~(3+／Fe~(2+)比值具分带判别能力，配合U含量对层间氧化带进行较准确的分带，可克服野外宏观颜色分带偏差：提出Fe~(3+)／Fe~(2+)分带判别值在不同盆地、不同地段不同，除受氧化作用控制外，流体酸碱度不同也是重要因素的观点，对找矿实践有实际指导意义；活动组分(Al_2O_3、SiO_2、K_2O、Na_2O)在层间氧化作用过程中具有较明显的活动性，其含量值变化跳跃，在不同分带相互交织，不具分带指示意义；但利用敏感组分、活动组分及其比值在层间氧化带中的变化特征可推测层间氧化带发育的完善程度及其含矿性；次活动组分组(CaO、MgO、MnO_2)含量低，变化规律性差；惰性组分组(TiO_2、P_2O_5)含量低，活动稳定，可用来反映沉积物源特征。

结果：E组病人硬膜外麻醉后LF、HF、LF+HF值均较基础值下降P 1后均较T0有所下降，以T3下降明显(P1后均较T0明显下降P1后各时段值均较T0值下降，以T2后明显(P1后各时段值均比A组相同时段值低P结论：中胸段硬膜外麻醉或复合全身麻醉均可影响心脏自主神经的张力，并且主要表现在反映心脏交感神经的LF值降低。
