Result: The nm-HAP-sol present the dispersed and uniformity needle. A431cells inhibition ratio was maximizing at the 5 day in the 400mg/L nm-HAP-sol group, the 200mg/L nm-HAP-sol group and the 100mg/L nm-HAP-sol group, inhibition ratio of the 400mg/L nm-HAP-sol group, the positive control group and the 50mg/L nm-HAP-sol group was respectively (77.89±6.29)%,(77.46±8.26)% and (1.23±0.15)%. It was detected that the number of A431 cells were persistently increasing in the 50mg/L nm-HAP-sol groups while decreasing in the 400mg/L nm-HAP-sol group, the positive control group and abidingly increasing for 4 and 3 days then decreasing in the 100mg/L and 200mg/L nm-HAP-sol group by inverted microscope.

结果：超声乳化法配制的HAP纳米溶胶呈均匀分散的针状；400mg/L、200mg/L和100mg/L溶胶组对A431细胞抑制率在第5天达到各组最大值，此时400mg/L溶胶组与阳性对照组的抑制率分别为（77.89±6.29）%和（77.46±8.26）%， 50mg/L溶胶组抑制率为（1.23±0.15）%；倒置显微镜下见50mg/L溶胶组细胞数目持续增加，聚集成簇，细胞呈现多角形或梭形，胞浆透亮，而100mg/L 和200mg/L溶胶组的细胞数目分别增加至第4天和第3天开始下降，400mg/L溶胶组和阳性对照组细胞数目持续减少，细胞体积缩小，漂浮细胞增多。

Results: compared with the control group, the amplitude and conduction velocity of biphasic action potential were gradually and significantly reduced in the hyperosmotic dextroglucose sub groups (concentrations at 20% and 40%), hyperosmotic mannitol sub group (concentration at 20%) and hyperosmotic sorbitol sub groups (concentrations at 20% and 40%) in a time dependent manner.

结果：与对照组比较，20%、40%葡萄糖组，20%甘露醇组和20%、40%山梨醇组的动作电位幅度有显著降低，传导速度有显著减慢，呈时间依赖关系；10%葡萄糖组、10%甘露醇组和10%山梨醇组高渗溶液均可使蛙坐骨神经干动作电位幅值有不同程度上升，传导速度略微减慢。

objective to evaluate the role of mr perfusion weighted imaging in preoperation diagnosis of meningiomas.methods mr perfusion weighted images was performed in 47 patients with meningiomas followed by conventional imaging.results the mean rcbv values of angioblastic was the highest in the parenchyma of tumor.the mean rcbv values of malignant group was the lowest.the biggest mean rcbv values among different type meningiomas was statistically significant.the biggest mean rcbv values between benign and malignant group meningiomas was statistically significant,but not in the peri-tumor edema.conclusion the rcbv values were useful in the preoperative differentiation diagnosis of different types of meningiomas.those in the peri-tumor edema were useless in the preoperative differentiation diagnosis of different types of meningiomas.

目的 探讨磁共振灌注成像技术对脑膜瘤术前分型及良恶性鉴别的临床应用价值。方法对47例脑膜瘤病人行mr灌注成像检查，对5种亚型的良性脑膜瘤的mr灌注成像进行分析，并与非典型性及恶性脑膜瘤进行比较。结果血管瘤型脑膜瘤实质部分的rcbv值均数最高，恶性组脑膜瘤的rcbv值均数最低。各亚型间瘤体实质最大rcbv值均数间差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)，良恶性脑膜瘤实质部分最大rcbv值均数间差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。瘤周水肿区的rcbv值均数间差异无统计学意义(p＞0.05)。结论 rcbv值对脑膜瘤术前分型及良恶性鉴别有所帮助，而瘤周水肿区的rcbv值对脑膜瘤分型及良恶性鉴别未显示临床实用价值。

Meanwhile the lung tissue slide was prepared for electron microscopic observation at 180 minutes after reperfusion.Result: HO-1 expression was upregulated in two groups in the pulmonary endothelial cells,part of pulmonary vascular smooth muscle cells,extima of vessels and epithelial cells of airway,the absorbance was 0.148±0.013,0.158±0.012,respectively.The Shenmai injection group showed higher absorbance than those of the IRI group( P .01),lower W/D and IAR values than those of the IRI group( P .01) significantly and lighter abnormal changes of the lung tissue in morphologically than those of the PIRI group.

结果：HO-1在I-R组、SM组肺血管内皮、部分血管平滑肌、外膜层及部分气道上皮均有阳性表达，原位杂交的平均吸光度分别为0.148±0.013，0.158±0.012，SM组HO-1的表达水平明显高于I-R组( P 。01)，W/D，IAR值显著低于I-R组( P 。01)，肺组织形态学异常改变轻于I-R组。

Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 82.9% and 63.3% respectively, with a significant difference between them (P.05); the hydroperitoneum extinction in treatment group is earlier than that in control group (P.05); the levels of serum ALT, T-BIL Alb and A/G had significant differences between the two groups.

其行为、活动、被毛、粪便等未见异常，进食量及体重变化未见明显差异；(2)实验期3个月、6个月的血清学检查，各药膏组与空白药膏组比较无显著差异；(3)药膏组与空白药膏组的血液生化测定值基本一致；(4)各药膏组实验兔的系统尸检表明，用药期空白药膏组和高剂量药膏组各有一只实验兔的肺心叶有2～3个黄白色绿豆大小圆形结节，其他脏器未见明显病变；(5)病理组织学检查，肉眼见到的肺组织病变镜检为局灶性化脓性炎症，其他组织未见病理性改变。

结果A组大鼠海马区神经元无Caspase-3表达，B、C两组大鼠海马区神经元有Caspase-3表达，B组较C组Caspase-3表达平均灰度值减小。B、C两组大鼠海马神经元超微结构发生改变、细胞器水肿，部分线粒体空化，内质网稀疏，突触前膜、后膜结构不完整，可见自噬体结构；B组大鼠的神经元超微结构损害较C组轻。
