Methods: Eighteen SD rats were randomly divided into A,B,C groups. A,B groups were induced to RE by operation, C group had false abdominal operation. All rats were killed 2-3 months later and the NO,VIP neurons were investigated qualitatively and quantitatively by immunohistochemical method and color image analyzer.

18只SD大鼠随机分为A、B、C3组，A、B两组手术造成RE，C组采用伪开腹术。2～3个月时用免疫组化法及彩色图像分析仪对3组大鼠食管组织中的NO及VIP含量进行定性、定量测量。

There was no effect of ketamine itself at 100 μmol/L on apoptotic cell death and [Ca2+]i. Conclusion Ketamine at 100 μmol/L can inhibit glutamate-induced apoptosis cell death in rat cultured spinal cord dorsal horn astrocytes.

结果：与C组比较，G组细胞发生了大量凋亡（P＜0.01），[Ca2+]i显著升高（P＜0.01）；与G组比较，GK2组细胞凋亡率和[Ca2+]i明显降低（P＜0.05），GK3组细胞凋亡率和[Ca2+]i显著降低（P＜0.01）。

METHOD: 12 healthy male canines were divided into 2 groups randomly with 6 canines in each group.

第一部分金沉积基底不同表面处理对金瓷剪切强度的影响材料与方法：制作直径4.0 mm，高度为8.0 mm的圆柱形Ni-Cr合金试件45个，表面电镀形成金沉积帽状基底，随机平均分成5组，分别为表面未处理组、50μm、110μm Al_2O_3喷砂组、50μm Al_2O_3喷砂+金黏结剂组、110μm Al_2O_3喷砂+金黏结剂组；另铸造同样规格的Ni-Cr合金试件9个，作为对照。
