Results During the operation, the breath and circulation in group A is more steadily than that in group B (P.05); the incidence of bodymovement and larynx spasm and the dosage of ketamine are lesser than that in group A. Postoperative children recovery is faster and more steadily in group A than those in group B.

结果 A组术中血压、心率和呼吸较接近麻醉前基础值，且术中波动较小，生命体征平稳。B组血压、心率及呼吸率均较术前明显增加，且始终保持在较高水平，随麻醉深浅而有显著波动。A组循环、呼吸功能较B组稳定(P.05)；肢体不良自主运动，喉痉挛等不良反应较B组少(P.05)；A组氯胺酮用量明显少于B组(P.01)；术后A组苏醒较快且平稳，恢复期精神症状少，与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P.05)。

Material and Methods:From March,2008 to January,2009,250 patients(146 Males and 104 Females,ranged from 18 to 82 years old,mean age was 48 years old) enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College were performed dual energy scan(Group A,200 patients) and Neuro-DSA scan(Group B,50 patients) using DSCT.The patients were randomly divided into Group A and Group B.Regarding to the justification of scan protocol,100 patients in Group A were selected as sub-group to explore the scan protocol.The image quality Was analyzed both in four categories(4.0/60、4.5/60、4.0/70、4.5/70) of flow rate and total amount of contrast-enhanced material and in three categories(100—150HU、150—200HU、200-250HU) of CT value of left common carotid artery.The comparison of two scan approach was based on image quality,radiation does, postprocessing methods,time of scanning and subtraction and data storage amount.To validate the diagnostic capability of DE-CTA virtual unenhanced images,100 patients in Group A were undergoing head scan both in routine non-contrast program and DE-CTA virtual unenhanced program.Mean CT values,signal-to-noise ratio,image quality,sensitivity of lesion identification,and radiation does were applied to comparison.According to diagnostic results of dual energy of cerebral arterial angiography,62 patients out of 200 patients in Group A were confirmed with cerebral vessel lesions,the results were complied with DSA findings(the time between the two methods were within 1 week).

材料与方法收集2008年3月到2009年1月间在昆明医学院第一附属医院行DSCT CTA检查者250例(男性146例，女性104例，年龄范围18-82岁，平均48岁)，随机分为A、B两组，A组200例行双能量头颅CTA扫描；B组50例行Neuro-DSA扫描。A组前100例按对比剂不同流率和总量分为4组(4.0/60、4.5/60、4.0/70、4.5/70)对图像质量比较；按触发时左颈总动脉内平均CT位分3组(100—150HU、150—200HU、200-250HU)，比较图像质量的差异；对A、B两组血管图像质量、辐射剂量、后处理的方法、扫描和后处理时间及数据的容量进行比较分析；A组中前100例行常规与DE-CTA虚拟平扫的平均CT值、信号噪声比、图像质量、病灶显示情况、辐射剂量的比较分析；A组中行DSA检查62例(两种方法间隔时间均1周内)，比较两种检查方法诊断结果是否符合，并对其中24例动脉瘤行动脉瘤部位、数目、形态、瘤颈显示程度、瘤颈大小及瘤体长径和短径的比较研究。

Ordinary students as the supplement control group were selected at random. 9g pyruvate calcium capsules were taken twice a day in supplement control and supplement and training group. At the same time, equipollent glucose capsules were compensated to training control group. The trail lasted for 21 days, during which athletes'training was normal.

Abstract］ objective to discuss the influencing factors of healing up of anastomosis between traditional and morden ideas and question the more reasonable method of intestinal tract preparation in stage one operation.methods twenty-six patients with colon cancer were divided into 3 groups:colostomy group（8 cases）,washing group (9 cases) and suction group (9 cases).all the patients underwent colectomy plus stage one anastomosis and exteriorization with different interoperative preparation with which we compared the healing up of anastomosis within the three groups.results there were 3 cases having fistula in the colostomy group （8 cases）;one case in the washing group,but all the patients in the suction groups gained stage one healing up.conclusion as a method of emergency interoperative peparation,stool suction has a better healing up of anastomosis than colostomy and washing;it is advantageous to observe the healing up of anastomosis through colectomy plus stage one anastomosis and colon-outlying.

目的 探讨影响吻合口愈合因素的传统与现代观念并进一步探讨一期手术中更为合理的肠道准备方式。方法 26例降结肠癌分为造瘘组（8例）、冲洗组（9例）和粪便吸引组（9例）三组，术中分别采用3种不同方式行紧急肠道准备，所有病人均采用结肠切除一期吻合加外置的方法，对比观察三组病人的吻合口愈合情况。结果造瘘组（8例）有3例发生瘘，冲洗组有1例发生瘘，粪便吸引组全部一期愈合。结论粪便吸引作为一种术中紧急肠道准备方法，其吻合口愈合情况优于前两组；结肠一期吻合加外置的方法有利于观察吻合口的情况。

Methods Medullary slices of newborn Sprague-Dawley rats were prepared for the experiment. The electrophysiological experiment comprised 5 groups (each with 8 slices), each of which were perfused with artificial cerebrospinal fluid, CO, 1H-[1, 2, 4] oxadiazolo [4, 3-a] quinoxalin-1-one (a specific inhibitor of sGC, ODQ group), ODQ+CO (ODQ+CO group), and dimethyl sulfoxide, respectively.
