Methods 120 patients wete allocated randomly to one of four groups:lidocaine 10 mg,lidocaine 30 mg,lidocaine50 mg or isotonic saline.15 seconds after injection of the pretreatment drug,an intubating dose of propofol 152 mg/kg was injected at the rate of 20 mg/5 s.The patient was asked during this period if his was comfortable and to record the severity of any pain.

将接受异丙酚麻醉的各类手术120例，随机分成L 10组、L 30组、L 50组和D组，每组30例，分别注入利多卡因10 mg，30 mg，50 mg 和生理盐水3 ml，而后缓慢推入异丙酚1.5~2 mg/kg，推注速度为20 mg/5 s，记录疼痛的程度。

Methods: AMI was established by ligating the anterior descending coronary artery in male SD rats.

通过结扎冠状动脉前降支建立AMI模型大鼠，AMI后24h存活的48只大鼠随机分为四组：AMI后1周模型组；AMI后参麦注射液治疗 1周组；AMI后2周模型组；AMI后参麦注射液治疗2周组。

Methods 300 primiparas were divided into three groups. When Group A has uterus contractions with anal fold releasing, bilateral pudendal nerve was conducted by block anesthesia with lidocaine hydrochloride. When Group B has the uterus contractions with head visible on vulva gapping 2～3 cm, lidocaine hydroctdoride bilateral pudendal nerve was carried out by block anesthesia. Group C was not carried out any measures.

将300例宫口开全的初产妇分为三组，每组100例。A组宫缩时有排便感且肛门褶松开时应用盐酸利多卡因行双侧阴部神经阻滞麻醉；B组在胎头拨露2～3 cm时应用盐酸利多卡因行双侧阴部神经阻滞麻醉；C组不进行镇痛处理。

Wistar rats were divided into 5 roups:sham-operated, AMI, AMI+LPA,AMI+pertussis toxin and AMI+PTX+LPA. ECG were recorded, HR and VPBs were observed as important indexes.

Results: The rate of abnormal increase of telomerase activity was 75.71%, pos itive rate of telomerase was 31.41%,OD value was 388.21(×10-3) in hypertension group（70 cases） were significantly increase (P＜0.01,＜0.0 5,＜0.01),comp ared with 47 cases' normal group(RAITA was 31.79%,PRT was 6.38%,OD value was 7 0.7).The difference of RAITA was not significance (P＞0.05) between aged h ypertension group (73.68%) and normal group(52.63%),the difference of RAITA w as significance (P＜0.05) between adult(age＜60) hypertension group (7 5.00%) and normal group(17.81%). The difference of RAITA、PRT was no signific ance among 2 groups of hypertension, and was significanceP＜0.05）among 2 g roups of normal.

结果：高血压病组（70例）端粒酶活性异常增高率（75.71%），阳性率（31.41%），OD值［388.21(×10-3)］分别明显高于正常组（47例）的 31.79%、 6.38%、70.7( P＜0.01，＜0.05，＜0.01)；老年高血压组的端粒酶活性异常增高率(73.68%)与正常同年龄组的52.63%比无明显差异，但成年（＜60岁）高血压组的端粒酶活性异常增高率(75.00%)较正常组的17.81%明显增加(P＜0.05)；高血压2个年龄组的端粒酶活性异常增高率、阳性率、OD值无明显差异，但正常人2年龄组这些参数有明显差异（P＜0.05）。

With the elevated glucose and time extending,the expression was lower and the translocating rates was decreased,which was Hgroup＜Egroup＜Bgroup,(p＜0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion Short-term exposure ofβ-cells to high concentration of glucose triggers the synthesis and secretion of insulin.

结果为：A、D、G组培养24h及48h的N／C值均无统计学差异(p＞0.05)，B、E、H组培养24h的N／C值减少，存在统计学差异(p＜0.05)，48h的N／C值组间比较统计学差异显著(p＜0.01)。C、F、I组培养24h的N／C值下降趋势，但无统计学差异(p＞0.05)，48h的N／C值组间比较存在统计学差异(p＜0.01)。

Results Following orchiectomy 7d,the amount of CGRP-immunoreactive nerve fibers in the AP of the rat increased significantly, with the tortuous varicose fibers more densely distributed than that of NOR and the amount of varicosities increased significantly, while the thick fibers were more thicker than that of NOR,and many thin fibers were sent out from the thick fibers, and the varicosities were more larger.

结果 睾丸摘除7d后，大鼠垂体前叶CGRP免疫反应神经纤维发生了显著变化，表现为膨体型纤维较正常组稠密，分支增多，迂曲成片，盘绕成网，分布更加广泛，膨体数量显著增多；粗纤维较正常组粗，且发出许多迂曲盘绕的细纤维，膨体形态变大。t检验显示，OX组与NOR组垂体前叶内CGRP免疫反应神经纤维的平均面积密度差异显著，OX＋V与NOR组差异显著。

MethodsThirty NewZealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: a normal group (4 rabbits) and an intervention group (26 rabbits).
