24 New Zealand white rabbits were divided into control group,Saline group and Mailuoning group,on the latter two groups the models of Hemifacial spasm were made by the temporal superficial artery closely contacting the main trunk of facial nerve at stylomastoid foramen.From the 5th week,the Saline and Mailuoning were injected intravenously into ear margin for 2 weeks on Saline and Mailuoning group respectively.At the 7th week,the MDA and SOD in serum were measured,meawhile the microstructure and ultrastructure of facial nerve were observed on 3 animal groups.

将24只新西兰大白兔随机分为对照组、脉络宁组和生理盐水组，在手术显微镜下分离出其茎乳孔处的面神经主干和颞浅动脉，使二者密切接触，以制备半面痉挛动物模型；术后第5周起对脉络宁组和生理盐水组分别自耳缘静脉推注脉络宁注射液和生理盐水持续2周；第7周取3组动物血清测定丙二醛和超氧化物歧化酶，并处死取材行面神经光、电镜观察。

Methods40 SD rats were divided into 4 groups at random: normal group, aging model group, Tiannianyin group and negative control group, each group had 10 rats. The subacutely aging model rats were made by injecting D-gal into abdominal cavity continually.

Methods40 adult male SD rats were used in this study and divided into 4 groups at random: normal group, aging model group, TNY treatment group, and negative control group, each group had 10 rats. Results The abdominal drainage amount and reserved drainage tube time in group A was significantly lower than the group B(P＜0.01) no subphrenic infection occurred in group A, but in group B 2 patients.The two groups had no cases of hepatic failure and death.

结果 应用创面封闭胶组腹腔引流量及留置引流管时间明显少于未应用创面胶组（P＜0.01）。A组无膈下感染病例，B组发生2例膈下脓肿，两组中均无肝衰及死亡病例。

Linear opacities appeared in 14d group and 28d group,bullae and pneumothorax were mainly in 28d group,the difference of appearance of two signs above had statistical significance(P＜0.05).The difference of appearance of ground-glass attenuation and consolidation had no statistical significance in sub-groups.Nodules and subpleural interstitial thickening did not appear in 3d group.

线状影出现于14d组及28d组，肺大泡和气胸主要见于28d组，上述两个征象出现的差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；磨玻璃影和实变在各组中出现的差异无统计学意义；结节影和胸膜下间质增厚在3d组均未出现；蜂窝肺1只及牵引性支气管扩张2只都出现于28d组。3。
