Results: No differences were observed in the incidences of postdural puncture headacheafter spinal anesthesia with or without pillow support. There were significantly less neck stiffness and significantly improved patients satisfaction in the study group.

研究结果：实验组及控制组在脊髓麻醉后PDPH发生率，在统计上并无显著差异，但在肩颈酸痛程度和麻醉病患满意度方面，统计结果：为实验组肩颈酸痛程度(1.57分)小於控制组(3.23分)；而麻醉病患满意度调查结果为实验组的8.07分，高於控制组的满意度调查结果7.95分，虽两组平均分数差异不大，但统计结果皆为 p＜。05，表示实验组和控制组在统计上有差异。

Methods 30 patients with chronic respiratory disease were randomly divided into two groups in a double-blind,parallel comparison study,16 patients in the group received Fudosteine tablets,400 mg,po,tid,and 14 patients in the control group received Ambroxol hydrochloride tablets,60 mg,po,tid,both were treated postprandially and for consecutively 7 days.

Methods 130 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into shame operation group, ischemia-reperfusion group, normal saline group and anisodamine group. The SD rats model of hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury was developed according to Pringle.

Firstly, we performed pulpotomy for posterior teeth and pulpectomy for anterior teeth. And the experiments were divided into four groups. In the first group, nothing was put in the pulp chamber or canals. In the second group, deciduous dental pulp stem cells of mini-pig with cultured medium were transplanted into the pulp chamber and pulp canals. Histopathological observation: 4 weeks after operation, diffuse presence of empty lacunae and pyknotic nuclei of osteocytes were found in the trabeculae, and few newborn micrangium could been seen in group A; lots of empty lacunae and a small quantity of newborn micrangium could been found in group B; and large amounts of osteoblats and newborn micrangium were found around the necrosis regions in groups C and D.

AMs that collected, pured and cultured with contine method were stimulated by LPS of different concentration(0μg/ml,0.01μg/ml,0.1μg/ml,1μg/ml,10μg/ml) for 60min or by 1μg/ml LPS for different time stage (0min,5min,15min,30min,60min,120min) to observe the dynamic change of NF-кB intranuclear level and NO production, from which the best concentration and time point of LPS stimulation were selected. In the study, all AMs were divided into 4 groups: control group, group stimulated with LPS, group interrupted by Cal C and group inhibited by PDTC. The following parameters were measured: NF-кB level in nuclear protein extraction of AMs detected with sandwich ELISA, Inter-nuclear transposition of NF-кB observed with immunocytochemistry staining, NO content in cell culture medium quantitied with nitric acid reductase assay, Morphologic change of AMs in apoptosis observed with acridine orange staining and fragmentation at genome DNA of AMs detected with apoptotic electrophoresis assay.

分离、纯化及培养大鼠肺巨噬细胞；以不同浓度的LPS(0μg/ml，0.01μg/ml，0.1μg/ml，1μg/ml，10μg/ml)和不同作用时间(0min，5min，15min，30min，60min，120min)分别刺激小室培养的细胞单层，观察NF-κB的核内浓度及NO合成量的动态变化，选择LPS的最佳用量和作用时间；然后分成四组实验，设正常对照组，LPS处理组，特异性PKC抑制剂阻断组，NF-κB抑制剂阻断组；收集培养的单层细胞及培养液；采用夹心ELISA法定量测定细胞核提取物中的NF-κB水平；免疫组化法检测NF-κB的核内移位变化；硝酸还原酶法测定细胞培养液中NO含量；吖啶橙染色观察凋亡细胞的形态学变化，凋亡电泳实验检测细胞凋亡后基因组DNA的断裂情况。

Results (1) From more than 100 primers, 11 primers producing polymorphism and reproduceable bands were selected, 129 bands were amplified.(2) The percentage of polymorphic bands within different populations were 20.9%-55.0%.(3) The cluster map including all samples were obtained by UPGMA. In the map, there were six cluster groups and three individuals outside the groups. The branch with five samples of Zhongjiang Sichuan population were far from other samples in genetic distance.(4) According to the distribution provinces five groups were divided in genetic variance analysis. Genetic variance 80.44% existing within population, 8.29% among populations and 11.27% among groups.

结果 （1）从100多个引物中选择出11个多态性强和重复性好的引物，扩增得到129条带；（2）不同居群内多态位点比率为20.9%－55.0%；（3）用UPGMA法得到所有样本的聚类图，可分为6个主要分支组和3个组外个体，其中四川中江居群的5个样本聚为一组，并与其他样本遗传距离较大；（4）按产地分组，遗传差异的80.44%存在于居群内，8.29%来自于组内居群间，11.27%的遗传差异来自于组间。

Methods The rat's models of the SAP was established with 5% sodium taurocholate injected retrogradely into the biliary-pancreatic duct. Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=20 in each group), including sham group, SAP group, treatment group Ⅰ and treatment group Ⅱ.

The coronal and the arrow diameters of the stricture group were less than those of the nonstricture group. The thickness of the retropharyngeal and lateral pharyngeal wall, and the width and length of the tongue of the stricture group were larger than those of the nonstricture group.

结果：两组患者的一般临床资料无明显差别，舌后区狭窄组的舌后区呼吸道左右径、前后径明显小于非狭窄组，狭窄组的咽后壁、咽侧壁软组织厚度、舌体宽度、舌体长度和舌体截面积等CT测量数据明显大于非狭窄组。
