Methods From June 2005 to March 2008, treated 20 cases of the nontuberculous mycobacteria hand infection patients after the start of functional rehabilitation treatment time were divided into Group A, B, each of 10 cases, both surgical debridement and anti-Mycobacterium therapy, rewirable after the first day until the wound for wound healing time, follow-up to 6 months after the operation, observe the wound healing time and the recurrence; according to the joint activity score standard score comparison group A, B group of before and after six months of the functional differences.

对2005年6月～2008年3月收治的20例手部非结核分枝杆菌感染患者按术后开始进行功能康复治疗的时间随机分为A组（术后1周）、B组（术后3周），每组10例，均行手术清除病灶和抗分枝杆菌治疗，以术后第一日起至伤口拆线为伤口愈合时间，随访到术后6个月，观察伤口愈合时间、复发情况；根据关节活动度评分标准评分比较A组、B组术前与术后6个月功能的差异。

Methods Eighty healthy nulliparous parturients scheduled for patientcontrolled epidural analgesia in labour, were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=20) according to different infusion speed:group I with a speed of 4 ml/h, group II with 6 ml/h, group III with 8 ml/h, group IV with 10 ml/h.

对80 例行自然分娩的单胎足月初产妇，均采用硬膜外自控分娩镇痛，根据不同背景输注速率随机分为四组，A组输注速率为4 ml/h，B组为6 ml/h，C组为8 ml/h，D组为10 ml/h。

The results showed that the rates of mature oocyte were 75.2％, 73.1％, 69.8％, 63.5％and oocyte at telophase of MI were 16.3％, 15.9％, 16.9％, 27.0％, respectively. The rates of maturation of oocytes cultured in TCM199 with serum, EGF and TGFαwere significantly higher than that of with BSA team (P＜0.05) and the number of oocyte stayed at telophase of MI in TCM199 with serum, EGF and TGFαteam were significantly less than that with BSA team(P＜0.05); Significant higher rates (66.6％, 66.6％, 73.6％) of normalα-tubulin distribution in oocytes cultured in TCM199+ serum, EGF and TGFαwere compared to that of TCM199+BSA(43.3％)(P＜0.05). The rates of oocyte with cortical granules in cortex were 58.8％, 33.9％, 54.7％and 47.9％respectively, there was significant difference between oocytes cultured with serum, EGF and BSA(P＜0.05). In conclusion, TGFαand EGF can promote the oocyte nuclear transition from telophaseⅠto metaphase of meiosisⅡ, and improved the expression and distribution ofα-tubulin during the ovine oocytes maturation; EGF and serum could promote oocyte cytoplasm maturation. The results suggested that EGF and TGFαmight substitute some substance in serum to improve the quality of oocyte nucleus maturation in vitro, but EGF might be more functional than TGFαto promote the maturation of ovine oocyte ooplasm.

三、EGF和TGFα对卵母细胞成熟的影响未成熟卵母细胞分别在TCM199基础培养液+血清、TCM199基础培养液+BSA+EGF、TCM199基础培养液+BSA+TGFα和TCM199基础培养液+BSA四组成熟培养系统中成熟培养，22小时后上述各组卵母细胞的核成熟率分别为75.2％、73.1％、69.8％、63.5％，处于第一次减数分裂末期的比率分别为16.3％、15.9％、16.9％、27.0％，在添加血清、EGF、TGFα各组中核成熟率显著高于其它各组(P＜0.05)，处于末期的比例明显低于其它各组(P＜0.05)：添加血清、EGF、TGFα各组在a-Tubulin蛋白的分布与表达上(66.6％、66.6％、73.6％)明显高于BSA组的正常率43.3％(P＜0.05)；各组CG发生迁移较好的卵母细胞的比率分别为58.8％、33.9％、54.7％、47.9％，血清组和添加EGF组CG迁移至皮质区的比例明显高于仅添加BSA处理组(P＜0.05)。

Methods: forty nine patients with prostatic cancer, 14 patients at pathologic stage c, 35 stage d, were analyzed retrospectively. twenty one of them were treated by bilateral orchidectomy and castration of drug; twenty three of them were treated by consist castration of drug;five patients were treated by intermittent androgen suppression.

Maturity of Lower Cretaceous source rock, researched by the authors, is closely relative to the deposition thickness of the Tertiary and the Quaternary. It shows that source rock at the depth of 4,000-4,400m is low mature, and 4,400-5,200m is in the peak of oil generating. Correspondingly, the source rock of the Zhonggou Formation is immature; the Upper Xiagou Formation is low mature; and the Lower Xiagou Formation and the Upper Chijinpu Formation are in the peak of oil-generating; and the Lower Chijinpu Formation is at the stage of generation of condensate-wet gas with high maturity. There is no source rock reaching the overmature stage of dry gas at present.

可溶有机质转化率、镜质体反射率、热解、生物标志物特征等参数表明：青南凹陷中部的下白垩统烃源岩生油门限深度为4000m（相应的镜质体反射率为0.65％），埋深4000～4400m为低成熟阶段，埋深4400～5200m为成熟生油高峰阶段，因此中沟组烃源岩未成熟，下沟组上部烃源岩低成熟，下沟组下部和赤金堡组上部烃源岩处于成熟生油高峰阶段，赤金堡组下部烃源岩处于高成熟的凝析油—湿气阶段，目前尚无烃源岩达过成熟干气阶段。

METHODS: A total of 140 subjects with bilateral knee OA were randomized sequentially into 4 groups (groups I-IV).
