Methods Eighty Kunming mice were equally randomized into 8 groups: normal group, model group, vitamin E 90 mgkg^(-1d^(-1) group, high-and low-dose RPM protein 20 and 5 mgkg^(-1d^(-1)respectively groups, high-and low-dose RPM anthraquinone glycoside 28 and 7 mgkg^(-1d^(-1) respectively groups, combination (low-dose RPM protein and low-dose RPM anthraquinone glycosides) group. Except the normal group, the mice in other groups received subcutaneous injection of D-galactose to indue the aging model.

ResultsIn group C and D hyperplasia of epithelium cell and infiltrations of inflammative cell in day 14 that were severe than that of day 7,ciliate cell was piece loss,the glands were hyperplasia（≥40% of group C,≤20% of group D）in windpipe,and pulmonary alveolus were congestion and dropsy.In group C the epidermis were pucked and connective tissue was hyperplasia in the skin,the quantity of hair ball and the sweat glands of group C and D in the food were significantly reduced than that of group A.

结果第14天时，C组、D组气管上皮鳞状化生，C组气管纤毛多呈片状缺损，而D组多呈灶状缺损；两组气管黏膜炎性细胞浸润均较第7天为重，伴气管浆液腺上皮黏液腺化生（D组≥40%、C组≤20%）、肺泡淤血、水肿。C组皮肤表皮呈不规则皱缩、毛球数明显减少；C组、D组足垫部皮肤表皮增厚、汗腺减少伴结缔组织增生。

At the contralateral side, an ischiac bone graft (baseline 3 4 0.87) was transplanted. The healing period was 5 months. Group A11: The animals were treated in the same manner as in Group A5 with the difference that the healing period was 11 months. 作者中文名：王健；邹义壮；唐丽丽；李杰；张东；金山；刘娟摘要：目的研究胃癌患者的生存期与个性特征、应付方式等心理因素，以及免疫功能的关系。方法对胃癌晚期患者、胃癌较长生存期患者及正常健康人分别进行明尼苏达多相个性测验、应对方式问卷、免疫功能测试，并做相关分析。结果(1)MMPI：胃癌Ⅱ组人格障碍评分(42.0±10.5)及社会内向评分(42.2±11.6)，低于其他两组[胃癌Ⅰ组为(49.3±11.2)分和(48.3±9.4)分，对照组为(48.6±10.9)分和(39.9±11.5)分；P均＜0.05]；(2)CSQ：解决问题和求助因子分，胃癌Ⅰ组[分别为(0.68±0.27)分和(0.42±0.18)分]均低于胃癌Ⅱ组[分别为(0.82±0.18)分和(0.65±0.21)分；P＜0.05和P＜0.01]，胃癌Ⅱ组更多采取成熟的应对方式；(3)自然杀伤细胞：胃癌Ⅱ组水平(21.4±9.2)高于胃癌Ⅰ组[(14.2±8.8)；P＜0.05]；而NK细胞水平与MMPI的抑郁(r=-0.35)、人格障碍(r=-0.39)、偏执(r=-0.29)、精神衰弱(r=-0.30)及精神分裂(r=-0.30)等量表呈负相关，与CSQ的解决问题因子(r=0.35)及应付方式类型(r=0.34)呈正相关。结论与胃癌Ⅰ组比较，胃癌Ⅱ组更为外向，负性情绪较少，更多采取成熟的应对方式，其NK细胞水平较高，对胃癌的预后产生了积极的影响。

Methods: Wistar rats were divided into normal group, model group, TCM group Ⅰ, TCM group Ⅱ and western medicine group. In addition to the normal group, the other four groups were reproduced animal model of pulmonic fibrosis. The model group were given normal saline gavage, The TCM group Ⅰ given Feifltkang Mistura (1g/ml) gavage, The TCM group Ⅱ were given Fe4fukang Mistura (0.5g/ml) gavage, WM group were given prednisone gavage. Part II The experiment study on anti-tumour effect of dendritic cells derived from peripheral blood monocyte of patients with oral cancer after pulsed by tumour antigen in different ways. Collected 50ml peripheral blood from each patients and volunteers to induced DC in vitro. We parted the test group and control group into three subgroups respectively, untreated group A, freezed and thawn group B, RNA transfected group C. To group A, after induced DCs for five days , we added 200U/mlTNF-α in each hole and cultured on. To group B, we added protein antigen (DC/ tumor cells = 1 : 1 ,each hole) for 4h at 5d, and then added 200U/mlTNF-α in each hole and cultured on. To group C, transfected immature DC with tumor cell RNA(DC:RNA=1×105/ml: 5ug)at 5d, operated completely with the specification of invitrogen DMRIE-C reagents. After transfection we replaced transfection agent with complete medium, and then added 200U/mlTNF-α in each hole and cultured on.

第二部分口腔癌患者外周血来源的树突状细胞体外负载抗原后抑瘤作用的实验研究无菌采集20例口腔癌患者和20例健康志愿者外周血50ml，分离单个核细胞体外诱导培养DC，并将实验组和对照组细胞各分为三组，A组为未处理组，B组为冻融组，C组为RNA转染组。A组DC在培养5d后，每孔加入TNF-α200U/ml；B组DC培养第5d后，每孔中加入癌细胞蛋白抗原，使DC/肿瘤细胞=1：1，继续培养4h后，每孔加入TNF-α200U/ml；C组将培养至第5d的未成熟DC用肿瘤细胞RNA进行转染(DC：RNA=1×105/ml： 5ug，按照invitrogen DMRIE-C试剂说明书进行操作)，转染结束后用完全培基取代转染剂，每孔加入TNF-α200U/ml。
