Methods:All of 40 male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 3 groups:control group（group A, n = 10）, diabetic group for 4 weeks（group B, n = 14）, and diabetic group for 12 weeks（group C, n = 16）. The diabetes model was established by the injection of STZ. After some weeks erection function was examined by apomorphine injection. The content of NF-κB in the erectile tissue was evaluated by immunohistochemistry staining. At the same time the activity of NF-κB was detected by electrophoretic mobility shift assay.

Blood were obtained for blood RT and plasma endotoxin concentration check. 6 All data underwent ANOVA analysis. Results: After 3hrs of LPS injection, 1 in hypermetabolic sepsis group, the average HR went to 334/min, the average body temperature went to 41.0℃, while in control group they were 274.9/min and 38.2℃ respectively. p=0.000, presented significant statistical differences. The average BP and breath rate in HS group were 97.1mmHg and 94.3/min , while they were 95.9mmHg and 76.4/min in control group, respectively presenting no statistical differences. 2 In HS group plasma endotoxin concentration was 0.088EU/ml while it was 0.013 EU/ml in control group presenting statistical significance, p=0.002. 3 Blood white cell ratio and total white cell counting were 82.73% and 1.90×109 in HS group, while they were 64.39% and 7.58×109 in control group presenting very significant statistical differences(p=0.001). There was no statistical significances in RBC counting and hemocrit between two groups.

结果：LPS持续灌注3h后，结果如下：1）高代谢脓毒症组的心率升高至334.0次/min、体温升高至41.0℃，而对照组则分别为274.9次/min和38.2℃，两组间有显著的统计学差异，p=0.000；血压在高代谢脓毒症组是97.1mmHg，而对照组为95.9mmHg，两组间无统计学差异；脓毒症组的呼吸加快至94.3次/min，对照组则提高至76.4次/min，两组间无统计学差异(p=0.212)；2）其血浆内毒素含量为0.088EU/ml，而对照组为0.013 EU/ml，两组间有显著的统计学差异，p=0.002；3）血中性粒白细胞比值升高至82.73%，对照组则为64.39%，两组间有显著的统计学差异（P=0.001）；白细胞总数则明显下降至1.90×109/ml，而对照组则为7.58×109/ml，p=0.001，两组间有显著的统计学差异；两组间的红细胞数及血细胞比容均无统计学差异。

Results Punctiform erosion, hemorrhage were observed by nake eyes in each groups. Epithelium cellular necrosis, defluxion, neutrophil being dominant in propria lamina and intact glandular were observed with microscopy. The erosion became severe with the successive stimulate of ethanol. There is no difference between distillate spirit and sodium chloride rats in Guth in 7th day, but Guth in distillate spirit rats was higher than that in sodium chloride rats in 30th day. PGE2, TGF-α contents in gastric mucosa of treated group increased significangly compared with control group. PGE2 showed no difference between each group in 7th and 30th day; TGF-α in gastric mucosa of distillate spirit and sodium chloride rats decreased after 1 month.

结果 茅台组、乙醇组、生理盐水组胃黏膜均肉眼可见程度不同的点状糜烂、出血；光镜下黏膜部分上皮坏死脱落，固有层以中性粒细胞为主炎性细胞浸润，腺体结构基本完整，病变随时间延长有所加重，Guth积分1周茅台组与生理盐水组差异无统计学意义，1月两者相比差异有统计学意义；茅台组、乙醇组胃黏膜组织内PGE2水平与生理盐水组相比明显增高，同时TGF-α表达增强；但PGE2水平各组间1周与1月相比差异无统计学意义；TGF-α表达强度在茅台组、生理盐水组1月后逐渐降低，差异有统计学意义。

The aim of this experiment evaluate the dignosisvalue of ultrasound elastic imaging on early hepatic fibrosis.we will supply thefundermental data for reseach henceforth. 2、Materials and Method The number of Wister rats is 30 and weight is 180-220g. 30 Wister rats had beenligated on the right hepatic ducts (include middle lobe、right lobe and caudate lobe) tocause partial cholestatic hepafibrosis factitiously and divided in A, B and C groups. Aand B groups had been ligated on the right hepatic ducts both. The different with Aand B is that the time of A group after ligation on the hepatic ducts is 2 weeks and thetime of B group is 1 week.

In the group of treatment with ZKK,the AST,ALT and the lipid in the liver decrease significantly and differ from the natural recovery group'sbut the normal group's.In the group of treament with Simvastatin,the affection to the ALT,AST and the lipid in liver is no apparent,there is no difference campared to that of recovery group,but very difˉferent from that of treatment group with ZKK,In the combined treatment group,the effect to decrease the bloodlipid is significant,the influence on liver is similar to the ZKK's.Conclusion Rich-fat food can induce dyslipidemia,atheromatous patch and hepar adiposum.

辛伐他汀组对成模时增高的ALT、AST和肝组织中的脂质及脂肪肝影响不大，与模型组相比无差别；之可康组和联合治疗组均可明显降低成模时升高的AST和ALT及肝组织中的脂质，逆转脂肪肝，与正常组相比无差别，与模型组、辛伐他汀组分别相比差异有显著性；联合用药组血脂水平调节幅度最大，对肝脏的影响与之可康组相比无差别。3个治疗组均可使动脉硬化斑块回缩。

New Zealand white rabbits (3-4 months old, 3-4 kg weight) were the test animals, and they were divided into three groups proceeding in this study. In group A:One PLLA screw and one commercial screw were implanted in the right tibia. Two PLLA screws were implanted in the left. Furthermore, one PLLA bar was implanted in both right and left tibia respectively with onlay model in group B. Also,one PLLA plate was implanted in the left tibia and one commercial plate in the right respectively with onlay model in group C . Many tests were done on each sample in 1, 4, 8 and 12 weeks which included the observation of tissue response in group A, and the change of three-points bending, weight loss, molecular weight, crystallinity and morphology of fracture surface by scanning electronic microscopyin group B, and the change of three-points bending, weight loss and molecular weight in group C.

所使用实验动物为24只3-4个月大，体重3-4公斤的纽西兰兔，并将所使用材料及动物分为A、B、C三组进行。A组中於实验兔之右胫骨植入两支骨钉，一支为自制骨钉，一支为MacroPore市售骨钉，并钻一孔但不植入骨钉做为控制组；另於实验兔之左胫骨植入两支自制骨钉，另标示一区不钻孔不植入骨钉做为控制组。B组采用onlay1 模式於实验兔之左右胫骨各植入一自制长型片。C组也采用onlay模式於实验兔之左胫骨植入一自制骨板，於右胫骨植入一市售骨板，各於不同时间点( 1， 4及12周)将A及C组，而於( 1，4，8及12周)将B组内的植入物取出进行各种测试，包括A组的组织切片观察及B组的三点弯曲变化、质量损失、分子量变化、结晶度变化及扫描式电子显微镜观察断面型态改变及C组的三点弯曲变化、质量损失、分子量变化。

When aborted rats in group E were treated with the dose of 50 IU/g IFN-γ, expression of TNF-αin this group was compared with the other four groups, the results were as follows: Compared with group A, the nucleus pre-opticus medialis, nucleus pre-opticus mango celluaris, nucleus periventricularis hypothalami, nucleus ventromedialis hypothalami, nucleus dorsomedialis hypothalami, nucleus arcuatus hypothalami and pars intermedia had a highly expression of TNF-α, in the other nuclei of hypothalamus, neurohypophsis and adenohypophysis, the change was not significantly, the expression of TNF-αin follicle and corpus luteum were decreased distinctly, the variation in uterus was slight and no difference was exsited; Compared with group B, the expression of TNF-αin nucleus nucleus lateralis hypothalami, nucleus ventromedialis hypothalami, nucleus arcuatus hypothalami, adenohypophysis and uterus presented a remarkable enhancement, conversely, the TNF-αexpression in the nucleus pre-opticus medialis, nucleus pre-opticus suprachiasmaticus, nucleus supra-opticus, nucleus pre-opticus mango celluaris, nucleus periventricularis hypothalami, nucleus paraventricularis hypothalami, neurohypophsis, follicle and corpus luteum had been significantly decreased; Compared with group C, the nucleus pre-opticus medialis, nucleus ventromedialis hypothalami, nucleus dorsomedialis hypothalami, nucleus arcuatus hypothalami, adenohypophysis, pars intermedia and uterus had upregulated the expression of TNF-α, however, it was decreased in the nucleus periventricularis hypothalami and corpus luteum; When compared with group D, the expression of TNF-αin nucleus lateralis hypothalami, nucleus dorsomedialis hypothalami, nucleus ventromedialis hypothalami, pituitary, follicle and ovary stroma were obviously enhanced, while in the nucleus supra-opticus and nucleus arcuatus hypothalami, the situation was definitely opposite, in the other parts, the change was not significant.

外源腹腔注射50 IU/g IFN-γ后，同A组相比：E组TNF-α免疫阳性产物在下丘脑视前内侧核、视前大细胞核、室周核、腹内侧核、背内侧核、弓状核、垂体中间部显著增高，在下丘脑其它核团、神经垂体、垂体前叶较A组差异不显著，在卵泡、黄体中阳性产物表达均较A组显著降低，在子宫中表达较A组变化不明显；同B组相比：E组TNF-α免疫阳性产物在下丘脑外侧核、腹内侧核、弓状核、垂体前叶、子宫均显著增高，在视前内侧核、视交叉上核、视上核、视前大细胞核、室周核、室旁核、神经垂体、卵泡、黄体中阳性物质表达均显著降低；同C组相比：E组下丘脑视前内侧核、腹内侧核、背内侧核、弓状核、垂体前叶与中间部、子宫均显著增高，在室周核、黄体中均显著降低；同D组相比：E组下丘脑外侧核、背内侧核、腹内侧核、垂体各部、卵泡、卵巢基质均显著增高，在视上核、弓状核显著降低，在其它部位表达变化差异不显著。

Results Group C had the symptoms such as reduced activity, acceded, indulge in lying and weight loss after 3 weeks of immune injection, 14 out of 16 SD rats in Group B had the same symptoms as Group C after 4～5 weeks of immune injection, the serum enzymes in model groups increased significantly compared with those of the control group, model group C was much higher than model group B; the duration shorted, amplitude decreased, multiphase wave increased in electromyogram of model groups; MRI examination revealed samples from model group B and C had one positive case each, which presented T1MI isodensity or hypodensity signal, T2MI and STIR serial hyperdensity signal, revealing muscle inflammation; all rats'skeletal muscle from model group C and 11 out of model group B had pathological changes, which exhibited striated muscle focal fiber degeneration, necrotized and inflammatory cell infiltration, interstitial vessel wall thickening, random cardiac muscle samples had 3 positive changes, which had similar changes to skeletal muscle, there was 1 positive change from lung sample.

结果：模型C组于免疫注射第3周左右开始出现活动减少，倦怠嗜卧，食欲体重下降等表现，模型B组有14只SD大鼠于免疫注射第4～5周出现上述症状，较C组为轻；模型组肌酶谱中，肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、谷草转氨酶与对照组比较明显升高，模型C组较模型B组升高更显著；模型组肌电图时限缩短，波幅降低，多相波增多；磁共振检查模型B组和C组选送标本中各有一例有阳性改变，表现为T1MI等或稍低信号，T2MI及STIR序列为高信号，提示肌肉炎症水肿改变；模型B组有11只，模型C组全部大鼠骨骼肌出现病理改变，表现为横纹肌局灶性分布的肌纤维变性炎细胞浸润，间质小血管壁增厚、扩张，随机选送的心肌标本中有3例有阳性改变，表现与骨骼肌相仿，选送的肺标本中有1例有阳性改变，表现为蛋白渗出，炎症细胞浸润和小血管改变。
