研究分两部分：第一部分：将60颗离体牙随机分为6组，分别为空白对照组、扩大针组、扩与K型锉组、扩与H型锉组、K型锉组和超声扩锉组，采用逐步后退法预备根管。

Based on pre-experiment foundation of the earlier period, 60 male patients among 45-65 year old were chosed as the clinical case according to the PADAM diagnosis standard, and were divided into 3 groups according to the block stochastic principle, the observation group (acupuncture combined with BUSEHN capsule), group 1, group 2 (takes orally BUSEHN capsule group), each group had 20 cases, and each group of patients was measured by the method of radio-immunity for the serum level of testosterone, luteinizing hormoha, follicle-stimulating hormone before and after the treatment.

在前期预实验的基础上，选择符合诊断标准的PADAM诊断标准的45-65岁男性患者临床病例60例，按照区组随机原则分为3组，观察组、对照组1、对照组2，每组各20例，采用放射免疫法分别测定各组患者治疗前后血清中血清睾酮、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素的血清浓度的水平；通过三组及三组间治疗前后PADAM症状评分指数的对比研究，揭示针药结合的整体调节作用特色，探讨提高针灸疗效的新途径；总结出针刺对中老年雄激素缺乏综合征患者的内分泌的调节及针刺对睾丸的改善程度，探讨针药结合治疗本病的机制及针灸增效剂的应用前景，为今后进一步研究打下坚实基础。

In A group , the dose of rHuEPO was just two thirds of that in B group during the sustain period.6. The kidney function of two group patiences was stable or improved during the treatment period ,which of A group was improved distinctly after treatment.

两组药物都能使患者肾功能好转或稳定，A组治疗后与用药前比较有非常显著性差异(P.01)，B组治疗后较治疗前有改善但无统计学意义；治疗结束后两组间比较有显著性差异(P 。05)，A组优于B组。

The data showed that the HRV and the sympathetic activity indices of the worry group were lower during the mental task stage than during the fearful movie stage. Moreover, the HRV and sympathetic activity indices of the members of the worry group were also lower than those of the re-exposure group during the mental task stage.

结果发现，在忧虑组各实验操弄之组内比较上，受试在的作业期之HRV与交感神经活性指标显著低於电影期；且三组受试在作业期之组间比较上，忧虑组的HRV与交感神经活性指标显著低於回忆组。

Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups (n=10). Rats in water-drinking group were treated with deionized water, nifedipine group with deionized water and nifedipine 10 mg.kg-1.d-1, calculiinduced group with deionized water containing 1% ethylene glycol, and three calculi-induced+nifedipineintervening groups with deionized water containing 1% ethylene glycol plus nifedipine 3, 6 and 10 mg.kg-1.d-1, respectively.
