There were 8 groups and each groups had 8 cows in the experiment.groups A was the positive group, be feeded basic dietary and in the normal environment; groups B was basic dietary and in the improved environment ; Group C was feeded with basic dietary and NaHCO_3(120g/d/head) and Mg0(50g/d/head) and KCl(180g/d/head), in the environment with no spray and no wind; Group I is feeded with basic dietary and NaHCO_3 (120g/d/head) and MgO(50g/d/head) and KC1 (180g/d/head) and in the another environment with spray and wind; Group E was feeded,with basic dietary and traditional druggery additive in the environment with no spray and no wind; Group F was feeded with basic dietary and traditional druggery additive in the environment with spray and wind;Group G was feeded with basic dietary and NaHCO_3 (120g/d/head) and MgO(50g/d/head) and KCl (180g/d/head) and traditional druggery additive in the environment with no spray and wind; Group H was feeded with basic dietary and NaHCO_3( 120g/d/head ) and Mg0(50g/d/head) and KCl(180g/d/head) and traditional druggery additive in the environment with spray and wind.

试验分8个处理，每个处理8头奶牛，A处理为对照组，喂以基础日粮，处于常规环境(未喷雾，未机械吹风，下同)，B组为喂以基础日粮，处于改善环境：C组为基础日粮+NaHCO_3(120克/头。日)+MgO(50克/头。日)+KCl(180克/头。日)，处于常规环境：D组为基础日粮+NaHCO_3(120克/头。日)+MgO(50克/头。日)+KCl(180克/头。日)，处于改善环境；E组为基础日粮+中草药添加剂组，处于常规环境；F组为基础日粮+中草药添加剂组，处于改善环境；G组为基础日粮+NaHCO_3(120克/头。日)+MgO(50克/头。日)+KCl(180克/头。日)+中草药添加剂组，处于常规环境；H组为基础日粮+NaHCO_3(120克/头。日)+MgO(50克/头。日)+KCl(180克/头。日)+中草药添加剂组，处于改善环境。

Three hundred and twenty-four crossbred (Landrace×Yorkshine) barrows with average body weight of 27 kg were randomly assigned to 6 dietary groups: group Ⅰ(chlorotetracycline group, added 50 mg/kg chlortetracycline in basal diet); group Ⅱ(origanum oil group, added 20 mg/kg oreganum oil in basal diet); group Ⅲ(probiotics group, added 1.5 g/kg probiotics in basal diet); group Ⅳ(nutrient enhancement group, elevated dietary vitamin E, vitamin B family and micro elements Zn, Mn, I); group Ⅴ(origanum oil+nutrient enhancement group); group Ⅵ(probiotics+nutrient enhancement group).

试验选用平均体重27 kg，健康长×大杂交阉公猪324头，随机分为6组：Ⅰ组（金霉素组，在基础日粮中添加50 mg/kg金霉素）、Ⅱ组（牛至油组，在基础日粮中添加20 mg/kg牛至油）、Ⅲ组（益生素组，在基础日粮中添加1.5 g/kg益生素）、Ⅳ组（营养调控组，提高日粮中维生素E和B族维生素、微量元素Zn、Mn和I水平）、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组。

Materials and methods:Male Sprague—Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups as follow:Normoxia sedentary group,Hypoxic exposure group,Normoxia exercise group,living high training low group.the normoxia sedentary group lived in normoxic environment,hypoxic exposure group made hypoxic exposure for 12h in normobaric hypoxic tent(oxygen concentration 13.6%),Normoxia exercise group took 1h endurance exercise in normoxic environment at daytime,Hiho group was exposured in hypoxia at night after trained at daytime,the mode and duration of the both load were identical to hypoxic exposure group and normoxia exercise group.

研究方法：以雄性SD大鼠为研究对象，分成4组：常氧安静组、低氧暴露组、常氧运动组、高住低训组。常氧安静组在常氧环境下安静生活，低氧暴露组每晚在常压低氧(氧浓度13.6%)帐篷中低氧暴露12h，常氧运动组白天在常氧环境中进行耐力运动1h，高住低训组运动和低氧暴露的方式和时间分别同常氧运动组和低氧暴露组。

The three groups were loaded and analyzed under the same loading according to the mean value of the bite force of incisors. RESULTS:(1)The maximum stress of dentin in group A was twice higher than that in group B. The maximum primary stress, minimum primary stress and maximum shear stress of group A were respectively 236.35, 228.83 and 218.05 percent of those in group B. The difference of maximum stress values of group B and group C was neglectable.(2) The maximum stress distribution of dentin in group A and group B was quite different (the stress was concentrated in labial and lingual side of the cervical dentin in group A, otherwise in group B it was concentrated in the area around the alveolar and the labial and lingual side of the dentin which was opposite to the tip of the cast metal post and core). The maximum stress distribution of dentin in group A and group B was almost the same.

结果：(1)从牙本质的应力大小来看，A组中牙本质最大应力值比B组中牙本质最大应力值增大了1倍以上（最大主应力、最小主应力和最大剪切应力A组分别是B组的236.35%、228.83%和218.05%），而B组与C组的牙本质最大应力值相差极小；(2)从牙本质的应力分布位置来看，A组与B组的牙本质最大应力分布位置相差甚远（A组主要集中在牙颈部唇舌侧肩台部的牙本质上，B组主要集中于牙槽嵴顶附近及铸造桩核尾端相对应的唇舌侧的牙本质上），而B组与C组的牙本质最大应力分布几乎在同一位置。

Methods 120 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups after adaptative feeding for one week: 4month control (4C) group, 14month control (14C) group, 14month JL (14JL) group, 24month control (24C) group,24month JL (24JL) group and (1424)month JL (1424JL) group, 20 rats per group, male and female were half to half in every group.

The levels of SOD and CAT significantly increased and MDA decreased in bifidobacterium group compared to radition damage group.Electronic microgragh of spine neurocyte and neurogliocyte showed that cytoplasm,cytoblast and plastiosome were significantly engorged ,and neurogliocyte apoptosised in earlier period. TLR2mRNA increased in C group compared to B group by RT-PCR. Cytochrome C in kidney increased in C group compared to B group, but bcl-2,NF-Кb decreased. Conclusions : Enteroclysm is better compared to intragastric administration.
