All animals were individually fed with a constant concentration and hay for 8 weeks. Results showed that VB12 production from cobalt in lambs was similar when using cobalt sulphate and cobalt chloride, and was significantly higher (P.05) in cobalt sulphate than in cobalt acetate. However, VB12 production significantly decreased in cobalt oxide treatment compared with other forms of cobalt sources. The relative bioavailability of cobalt sulphate, cobalt chloride, cobalt acetate and cobalt oxide was 100%, 95.66%, 89.50% and 22.56% respectively.

结果表明：1硫酸钴、氯化钴、乙酸钴、氧化钴的相对生物学有效率分别为100%、95.66%、89.50%和22.56%(P.01)；2硫酸钴、氯化钴、乙酸钴和氧化钴组血浆VB12的含量分别为1666.9、1594.5、1493.3和376.1pmol/L，硫酸钴、氯化钴组相近，乙酸钴组稍低，而氧化钴组明显下降，血浆甲基丙二酸含量为2.94、3.01、3.49和3.99μmol/L；同型半胱胺含量为8.91、9.23、9.97和10.78μmol/L，硫酸钴与氯化钴组相近，乙酸钴组稍有增加，而氧化钴组明显升高，3个指标反映了一致的钴营养状况。

Results Postoperative shallow anterior chamber took place in 2 eyes in Group A and 9 eyes in Group B. Postoperativ IOP were 12.8 mmHg and 13.6 mmHg at 2 weeks in Group A and Group B respectively, and 17.6 mmHg and 20.8 mmHg at 6 months. Postoperative functional filtering blebs were 36 eyes in Group A and 27 eyes in Group B.

结果 A组发生浅前房2眼，B组发生9眼。A组和B组平均眼压术后2周为12.7 mmHg和13.6 mmHg，术后6月为17.6 mmHg和20.8 mmHg；两组术后功能性滤泡分别为36眼和27眼；且A组术后并发症发生率明显低于B组。

And, there was significant difference between breast feeding group and artificial feeding group with breast feeding group and mixture feeding group.

结果 母乳喂养婴儿感染性疾病的发生率明显低于人工喂养组和混合喂养组，且母乳喂养组与人工喂养组、母乳喂养组与混合喂养组两组间的差异有显著性。

The conditions on infectious disease of infants were analysed. RESULTS The incidence on infections disease of infants in breast feeding group was lower than that in artificial feeding group and mixture feeding group.

结果 母乳喂养婴儿感染性疾病的发生率明显低于人工喂养组和混合喂养组，且母乳喂养组与人工喂养组、母乳喂养组与混合喂养组两组间的差异有显著性。

There was no difference of decrease rate of HAMD b et ween two groups in statistics (P＞0.05). There was a significant difference o f HAMD total score between before treating and after treating in two groups (P ＜0.05). Significant improvement rate was 80% in moclobemide group and 93.3 % in imipramine group. There was no difference of improvement rate between two grou p s. Decrease rate of HAMD was 75.6% and improvement rate was 90% in moclobemide open group. Side effect were similar among above three groups.

结果：吗氯贝胺组、丙咪嗪组、吗氯贝胺开放组HAMD减分率分别为69 。3%，83.6%，75.6%，前二者经统计学分析组间无差异性（P＞0.05）；各组内治疗前后HAMD得分均有差异性（P＜0.05.3组显效率分别为80%，93.3%，90%，前二者经统计学分析组间无差异性（P＞0.05）。3组出现的不良反应基本相似。

目的 初步探讨c反应蛋白crp与吸烟和动脉粥样硬化三者之间的关系。方法通过对临床278例动脉粥样硬化和非动脉粥样硬化病人血清crp和血脂的检测及吸烟情况的调查，应用spss统计软件进行差异分析，比较不同组间crp水平。结果 crp在吸烟与不吸烟组、动脉粥样硬化和非动脉粥样硬化组差异有显著性。而在血脂正常组和高血脂组差异无显著性。在不同吸烟量组间：非动脉粥样硬化组间crp水平差异无显著性，而动脉粥样硬化组差异有极显著性。结论吸烟、血脂升高、crp升高是动脉粥样硬化较好的预示指标；在吸烟人群中crp升高者更易患动脉粥样硬化。
