ResultsCompared with group A and group C, significant increase in the levels of IL 8 and MDA and decrease in the activities of SOD and GSH Px were noted in group B （F=5.86-18.41,q＝3.15-7.17, P.01）; compared with group A, the activity of SOD and GSH Px was not changed markedly, the levels of IL 8 and MDA rised slightly but with no statistically significant. Mitochondria became vacuolated and deformed in group B, slightly swollen in group C.

结果 与A组、C组相比较，B组SOD、GSH Px的活性显著下降，MDA含量、IL 8浓度显著上升(F=5.86～18.41，q＝3.15～7.17，P.01)；与A组比较，C组SOD、GSH Px活性无明显变化，MDA含量及IL 8浓度轻微上升，但无统计学差异。B组肺组织线粒体破坏，呈空泡样变，C组仅见线粒体轻微肿胀。

ResultsThere was no expression of Caspase-3 in group A. The expression of Caspase-3 in group C was decreased compared with that in group B（P＜0.01. In groups B and C, expansion and vacuolization of mitochondria, swollen neurons and apoptotic bodies appeared, which suggested that WBH could induce neuron injury, and the neuron injury in group C was more severe than that in group B.

结果A组大鼠海马区神经元无Caspase-3表达，B、C两组大鼠海马区神经元有Caspase-3表达，B组较C组Caspase-3表达平均灰度值减小。B、C两组大鼠海马神经元超微结构发生改变、细胞器水肿，部分线粒体空化，内质网稀疏，突触前膜、后膜结构不完整，可见自噬体结构；B组大鼠的神经元超微结构损害较C组轻。

Compare the lung injury extent and the important physiological parameters to determine the optimal condition for rabbit ventilator induced lung injury, Choosing another 24 new Zealand rabbit, randomly divided into 4 groups:(1)conventional ventilation+PEEP group;(2)ventilator induced lung injury group: employ the experimental condition determined by the first part experiment;(3)VILI+HO-1 inducer hemin group:pre-treated with HO-1 inducer, the ventilation method is the same with VILI group;(4)VILI+HO-1 inhibitor Zn-PP group(Zn-PP group):pre-treated with HO-1 inhibitor, the ventilation condition is the same with VILI group.

Results: Wallerian degeneration was observed in the proximal and distal ends of all grafts of nerves harvested at 2 weeks post-engraftment; infiltration of T lymphocytes at the grafts in group B was significant, less T lymphocytes were seen in group C, D and E, while no T lymphocytes were seen in group A and F.

METHODS: While hypoxia-reoxygenation groups were not given any medicine intervention as control, the treatment of xionggui diwan 1×10-6mol/L was subdivided into xionggui diwan 1 × 10-6 mol/L + non-hypoxia and xionggui diwan 1 × 10-6 mol/L + hypoxia groups, and the treatment of xionggui diwan 10 × 10-6 mol/L was subdivided into xionggui diwan 10 × 10-6 mol/L + non-hypoxia and xionggui diwan 10 × 10-6 mol/L + hypoxia groups.

There were 15 pediatric ALL patients, which had received 50 times of chemotherapy with HD-MTX. The records about blood concentration of MTX and clinical conditions for 50 times chemotherapy were divided into two groups. Group I: contained 25 records of stand-risk patients, administering MTX 3.0g/m2; Group II: contained 25 records of mid and high-risk patients, administering 5.0g/m2. Continuous intravenous dripped MTX for 24th in both two groups, while implemented hydrating and alkalizing for 4 days. All patients were rescued 6 times through leucovorin, 15mg/m~2, since 12th after the end of MTX dripping. Then examined the blood concentration of MTX by fluorescence polarization immunoassay approach at 24h, 44h, 68h, at the same time inspected liver function, blood routine examination, the occurrence time and degree of toxicological reactions.

观察15例ALL住院患儿，接受大剂量MTX共50例次，按ALL危险度分2组，低危治疗组接受MTX剂量为3.0g/m2为I组；中高危治疗组接受MTX剂量为5.0g/m2为II组，连续静脉点滴MTX共24小时，同时给予水化碱化治疗，共4天，全部病例均在MTX滴注结束后12小时开始静脉推注四氢叶酸钙(leucovorin，LV)解救，15mg/m2/次，共6次，采用免疫偏振荧光法检测药物滴注24、44、68小时MTX血药浓度，同时检测两组病例的肝功、血常规，观察临床出现MTX毒副反应的时间及程度，观察每个病例毒副反应出现程度与MTX血药浓度关系，两组毒副反应程度比较，进行统计学分析。
