我们把受测者分为三组：低度近视组，高度近视组和配戴治疗性隐形眼镜组，每组分别以受测者未戴隐形眼镜时的眼压做基准，而以其他三种情形的眼压分别与之比较，结果发现以Tono-Pen测量低度近视组和配戴治疗性隐形眼镜组的眼压值可信度较高，但是戴上隐形眼镜之后马上测量的眼压值较不准确，而高度近视组的测量值则出现变异的现象，可信度较低。
