本研究之对象为台湾海鱼蠕虫类寄生虫，包括：扁形动物门之单殖吸虫纲，吸虫纲内之复殖吸虫亚纲和绦虫纲；俗称线虫或圆虫之圆形动物门；棘头虫动物门中之始新棘头虫纲等；但不包含属於外寄生性之节肢动物门甲壳纲中的桡足亚纲。

Biological Activated Carbon Filter could provide ideal habitats for invertebrates, but invertebrates may lead to aesthetic problems and adverse health effects of drinking water. This paper studied the invertebrates in biological activated carbon filters in a water plant of the south of China during Sep. 2006 to Sep. 2007. The results implied that BAC filters were colonized by invertebrates, in which 23 species of invertebrates were found, the dominating organism group was the rotifer, and others included Copepoda, Cladocera, Oligochaeta, Nauplii and Nematoda.

生物活性炭(Biological activated carbon， BAC)滤池能够为无脊椎动物提供理想的生境，但无脊椎动物可能给饮用水带来负面的健康效果和感观问题。2006年9月～2007年9月，对南方某水厂BAC滤池无脊椎动物滋生状况进行了为期13个月的调查研究，共发现无脊椎动物23种，优势类群为轮虫，其他类群还有桡足类、枝角类、寡毛类、无节幼体、线虫等。

In Zigui Country, the numbers of Nematoda, Acarina and Collembola individuals were not much affected by habitat and elevation, while in Wanxian Country, the numbers of Acarina and Collembola were by elevation. In Shennongjia region, distribution of Nematoda varied significantly with vegetation. Acarina and Collembola were widely distributed in various soil layers under different vegetation, whereas the number of Acarina in the litter layer varied significantly with habitat and elevation.

对线虫、螨类和弹尾目的数量差异分析表明，秭归地区三个类群受植被、海拔影响不大；万县地区海拔对蝉蜡、弹尾目影响较大；神农架地区线虫分布受植被影响较大，蜡类和弹尾目在不同植被和土层广布，而该地区枯枝落叶层中螨类数量随植被、海拔变化显著。

The benthic meiofauna was quantitatively investigated from 19 stations in the sea areas of the First-phase Project of Yangshan Deepwater Port in November, 2005 and ten meiofauna groups, including nematodan, copepodan, polychaetan, bivalvian, ostracodan, amphipodan, tanaidacean,cumacean, gastropodan and foraminiferan, were recorded.

According to sequence cluster analysis of the the tested samples, it indicates that the gene distance of RKN-9, RKN-8, RKN-21, RKN-11, RKN-18 , RKN-20, RKN-17, RKN-22, RKN-23, RKN-24 and RKN-25 to Meloidogyne incognita and Meloidogyne arenaria was very close with homology of 100% and 99%, respectively.

根据25个根结线虫种群序列比对分析和聚类分析可知，河北廊坊的番茄根结线虫、安徽宿州的黄瓜和番茄根结线虫、安徽太和的桔梗根结线虫、安徽和县的番茄根结线虫、浙江杭州的黄瓜根结线虫、四川成都的番茄根结线虫、安徽泗县的黄瓜根结线虫和中国农业大学四个不同番茄品种上的根结线虫的序列之间同源性为100％；它们与花生根结线虫和南方根结线虫(M.incognita)的遗传距离最近，序列同源性分别达到100％和99％。

According to the basic information such as origin, agricultural characters of different germplasm, 444 representative domestic cultivars, belonging to 13 species or varieties, 7 genus of cucurbitaceae respectively, were selected as experimental materials to identify their resistance to root-knot nematode using the inoculation method of infected soil. Results showed the resistance distribution of different cucurbit crops.

根据不同种质的来源地、农艺性状等背景信息，从国家蔬菜种质资源中期库中选取具代表性的444份主要瓜类作物地方品种，分属葫芦科7个属的13个种或变种，采用病土接种法进行苗期根结线虫抗性鉴定，得出了不同葫芦科作物对南方根结线虫的抗性分布范围。

Previously, the strain K14 was screened with strong nematocidal activity, and a new water soluble nematocidal compound 2, 4, 6-triacetylenic octane diacid was isolated from the fermentation broth of K14 in this work. It is the first report that polyalkyne compound had nematocidal activity.

前期工作中筛选到一株对线虫活性强的食线虫菌物K14，我们对其产生的杀线虫活性化合物进行了进一步活性追踪分离，从其发酵液中分离到一个具杀线虫活性的新化合物2，4，6-三炔辛二酸，为水溶性成分，是首次报道多炔类化合物具有杀线虫作用。

ELISA method was used for comparison. Results The positive rate of DIGFA in testing the serum from 50 infected rats was 96.0%(48/50). The negative rate of DIGFA in healthy rats was 100%(50/50). Cross reaction with Enteroclysis (13 samples) and Tapeworm (11 sqamples) was not observed. The cross reaction rate in 18 Strongyloidiasis rats was 5.6%. The sensitivity and specificity of DIGFA is comparable with ELISA (96.7%).

结果 用DIGFA检测广州管圆线虫实验感染鼠血清50份，其阳性检出率为96.0%，50份正常鼠血清的阴性符合率达100%，DIGFA分别检测蛲虫阳性鼠血清13份，绦虫阳性鼠血清11份和粪类圆线虫阳性鼠血清18份，前二者均为阴性，后者交叉反应率为5.6%；DIGFA与ELISA平行检测30份广州管圆线虫阳性鼠血清，两法符合率达96.7%。
