A acute partial obstructive hepatocholangitis model by selective ligation and injection of E coli into left hepatic bile duct was successfully founded in rat. Using parameters including mortality, mitochondrial glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and ornithine carbamoytransferase activity, pathological observation and blood culture of bacteria, we evaluated the model.

作者采用选择性左肝管穿刺注菌法成功地建立了Wistar大鼠急性部分肝胆管梗阻感染的脓毒症模型，并从胆管系统形态学、累计病死率、血清线粒体谷草转氨酶和鸟氨酸氨基转移酶活性、多器官大体病理观察以及血液细菌培养几方面对该模型的科学性、重复性进行了评估。

Methods Pancreatic cancer cell panc-1 was treated with oxamate for 48 h,the mitochondrial membrane potential was measured by flow cytometry(Rodamin-123),and the activity of intracellular lactate dehydrogenase was studied by enzymohistochemistry.

方法体外培养人胰腺癌细胞panc-1，分别加入不同浓度的草氨酸盐培养48 h后，行酶组织化学染色及罗丹明123染色，观察细胞糖酵解关键酶乳酸脱氢酶活性及线粒体膜电位。

Result: The divided functional recipes of DHZCP could significantly decreased the deposit of lipid and the atherosclerotic plaque area in aorta intima, relieve the histopathological changes of atherosclerosis,and inhibited the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells and collagen to reduce pachynsis of vascular intima. The divided functional recipes of DHZCP also reduced IT, IMT and IT/MT and reversed the contractive vascular remodeling.

结果：大黄虫丸各功效组分均能减少家兔主动脉内膜脂质沉积，使AS斑块面积减小（ P 。05）；抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖和胶原纤维增生，减轻内膜增厚；降低IT，IMT，IT/IMT比值（ P 。05），干预收缩性血管重塑；减轻线粒体肿胀，减少泡沫样细胞形成。
