Based on the conception of the equivalent stress,the expressions of the equivalent stress was educed. In this optimal design, the macro file for calculating the equivalent stress of arch dam is complied by using the parameter design language of the software, and the optimal design for shape of arch dam using equivalent stress as stress restraint condition is carried out.

本文基于等效应力概念，推导了拱坝有限元等效应力计算公式，将有限元法求得的坝体与基岩交接面上的应力合成截面内力，然后求出对应的线性化应力，并以此应力作为应力约束条件，实现了以等效应力作为应力约束条件进行拱坝体形优化。

For example of the Shiyang River Basin along the Hexi Corrider,in Gansu province,made the imitial research of the major crop water production function and irrigation schedule optimal model,the results are following: 1Based on the related experimental datum gathered,drawing the relationship curve of several major crop yield and evapotranspiration,such as spring wheat,spring wheat-corn strip field,seed melon,sweet melon,cotton and flax and so on. The result shows these there:linearity and non-linear between crop yield and evapotranspiration.

本研究以甘肃省河西走廊石羊河流域为例，对其主要农作物的水分生产函数及灌溉制度优化模型作了初步研究，取得了以下成果： 1 根据收集的有关试验资料，绘制了春小麦、春小麦-玉米带田、籽瓜、白兰瓜、棉花和亚麻等几种主要农作物产量与耗水量的关系曲线，结果表明，产量与耗水量之间一般存在着线性与非线性的关系。

The influence of the structure and material parameters on static and dynamic characteristics is studied. The three dimensional static analysis is obtained by the power series expansion method for a piezoelectric composite laminates. Three dimensional distribution of bonding stress, displacement and electric potential are presented. The distributions of electric potential across thickness of two kinds piezoelectric materials are discussed.

对于静态问题，采用三维精确解方法，给出了压电层与基体之间剪应力、位移、电势的三维分布图；讨论了工程中常用的两类压电材料在感知和作动情况下沿压电材料厚度方向电势的分布情况，分析了电势可看作线性分布的条件；讨论了压电层和粘结层的厚度及材料特性变化对压电感知和作动效果的影响，并对压电层的厚度作了优化分析。

Meanwhile, for the characteristics of plant disease spot, segmentation model was created by utilizing the local correlated characteristic of Markov random field and linear stationary auto-regression model formed by Gauss distribution, and self-adaptive segmentation of plant disease spot was realized through optimizing the model with improved ant colony algorithm and maximum a posteriori probability estimation of Gauss-Markov random field.
